effort for your event.

All we need to see is that you are trying to raise money! It doesn’t have to be a lot!

Excerpt from SRB Packet:

The above information refers to SRB Code Section G, Article 8.

Tip #4 To receive funding for any line

item, you must have a receipt/invoice that corresponds with it.

Every line item must have a receipt or invoice. A picture of the price will do!

Tip #5 SRB will only fund up to 75% of

promotional items.

This includes t-shirts or other items you give to participants.

We will only fund a max dollar amount of $7 per shirt.

T-shirts solely for organization members will not be funded (must be available to all participants).

See the ASLMU code for more details about the definition of promotional items (Section K, Item 3a).

The above information refers to SRB Code Section K, Article 3 and 9B.

Tip #6 To receive funding on any

publicity or promotional item it must have the ASLMU logo visible.  Even if you do not know if you are receiving

funding if you plan on asking for it you should put the logo on it.

The logo can be found on ASLMU.org under the SRB section

The above information refers to SRB Code Section M, Article 3.

Tip #7 SRB will fund the most cost-effective

means of transportation for up to 6 members of an organization.

For more details on travel, please refer to the SRB code Section L for specific funding.

The above information refers to SRB Code Section L.

Tip #8 SRB will fund reusable equipment for

recurring events (including, but not limited to, sporting philanthropy events) no more frequently than every 2-4 years. This is the biggest change we’ve made

recently!

Organizations are responsible for the storage of reusable equipment.

Proof of lost or stolen items are eligible for funding in the next year, but SRB expects you to maintain the equipment you are given.

The above information refers to SRB Code Section K, Article 11.

Tip #9 A Program Summary Report is due

to the ASLMU Treasurer 7 days after the event. Please see ASLMU.org for this form. You will not be eligible for the next year if you do not

turn in the paperwork on time.

A copy of the receipts goes in the Program Summary Report turned in to ASLMU.

The actual receipts go to the controller’s office for reimbursements.

Your paperwork will also be reviewed by ASLMU Attorney General Cameron Gray to ensure accuracy.

The above information refers to SRB Code Section M, Articles 3, 5, 5a, and Section K, Article 10.

Tip #10 If you receive an allocation

from SRB, the funding will be available for pick-up at the Controller’s Office.

All your paperwork will be turned into SLD.

We have the reimbursement paperwork in Malone.
