Sets example by ‘doing’ and not just “saying”. FK to DOM:”I will never ask you to do something which I will not do myself.”

Many different strategies may be employed, however all evaluation methods are prone to bias reducing reliability.

Thus the importance of multiple evaluations by different evaluators which collectively can provide strong evidence regarding curriculum evaluation.

professionals do get sick.(Bipolar,Dysl.) Any underlying financial/marital issues? Ex—Clerk at NUMC refused to take

clerkship exam--? Why.

Bottom Line

Motivated, inquisitive interested student.

Interested, respectful, compassionate, competent teacher/guide/mentor.

The educational system needs a total overhaul and revisit if our community wants to compete at international level.
