Parent Portal Registration Process

Click on the Create an Account button.

A single Parent Account for all children in your

family.

Parent/Guardians with joint legal custody must share the Parent Account

Fill in the Information. Note: Ensure you include a valid Email address. Click the Register button.

Confirmation Email

Click on the Confirmation Email link provided to validate your registration.

Parent Portal Account Registration

Your username and password will be displayed. They will be required each time you log in to the Parent Portal

created. A message will be displayed upon completion.

Log in

Fill in your credentials provided.

M-DCPS Policy initially appears when account is open. To accept and continue, click the Accept button.

To Register student(s), click on the link.

Fill in information provided at your school site for each child at a time. Click to add arrow button.Repeat the process, for ALL your children attending MDCPS. You need a Parent Pin Number for each child

To view real time student academic progress, grades & attendance.Click icon below.

To view quarterly grades (Report Card) Click View Grades link above.

Click on the student to view all their pertinent information.

Edit Profile

Click update

This screen will allow you to update the email on file.
