Information, Message and Experiences:

She is Almira Calma Ramos, a fierce 21-year old lady from

Pampanga. Ming,as she is famous to be called upon, was born on October 12,1989 and

dreams on finding a good and stable life that can support her needs as well as her

familys needs. She believes that life is not a matter of chance, but a matter of choices.

Her creed is that success depends on you, on how you care going to work hard for it, that

failure comes , but it is still up to you on how to cope up with it and think about the moral

lesson behind every failures. As Ming says, Live life to the fullest, but never forget that

every action corresponds with responsibilities and you should know how to deal and live

with it. She is described usually by people around her to be fierce, with nothing to fear

about, but this girl is also weak and soft, especially with her friends and family. Just one

call on her, she will be there and would attend to your problem. Ming is responsible for

making the Patterns of Functioning, which in fact is really tough to do, but she managed

to do it smoothly.

She wants to be a millionaire, so freaking bad. This bubbly girl is

Jeanilyn Olegario, a witthy 21-yearold lady born on June 20,1989. One of the funniest

and full of humor person on the group and finds nothing wrong on any person. One can

never consent to creep when one feels an impulse to soar, she strongly believes. Jeani is

caressed with many friends for she has a beauty of extraordinary, figuratively and

literally. She is thoughtful and kind and most of the times hungry for food. She is loved

by many because of her personality, and would always be loved for the rest of her life.

Jeani did the Drug Study, and mind you people, she did it beautifully. She was indeed a

Drug master. You should have known her so that you could tell Im right.

Maria Theresa Reyes, that is her full name, the 37-year old mother,

wife, sister and a friend to all of us. Mami Tetch as she is usually called lives in Lot

19,Block 1, Phase 1,Vicarville,Balanga City. Ate, our endearment to her, because she

really is our ate, was born on November 24,1973 on Santiago, Isabela. A Roman Catholic

at heart, soul and living, Ate Tetch teaches the group every bit of wisdom she have

known from her lifes great adventures. She had shared tears, laughter, smiles, patience

(and impatience too!) with all in the group. She is young a heart, beautiful inside and out

and you could not even tell that she had already two kids (Yes! She have 2 great kids and

a great husband too!). Ate doesnt fail to accommodate our needs, also our wants and

luxuries,aha. Ate Tetch created the Activities of Daily Living and though she had some

difficulties doing the said section, she had managed to finish it in time and in tune. The

eleven ladies and gentlemen in the group are very greatful to have her. We really are.

One of the best student nurses you could ever meet, that is Carlo San

Juan. Yeap, he is. Ogan or Caloi or whatever nicknames he has, do not make him less of

a man. He dreams to be a good father to her daughter (You read it right. He already has

her first!). Known to be the best in MS, but also one of the best people and friend, he is

usually late (or should I say, absent) for school, and attempts to go to school with no

uniform. He is fun and outgoing and loved by countless friends. Caloy is surely a

blessing in the group.

Carlo made the Introduction of Diabetes Mellitus type II, Myocardial

Infarction and Chronic Kidney Disease, and the jurors made him two thumbs up. That is

how Caloy could make tough parts to become simple one.

Kuya Irwin or Irwin Luster Macatuno is a 25-year old good man who was

born on May 8, 1986. Has the great tendency to oversleep on weekdays, schooldays,

weekends or should I say less, everyday?ehe, This great man is noted for being quiet at

school but is the opposite with girls. With over empowering sex appeal, Kuya is

attractive.(Yeap, the writer of this profile was paid by Mr.Macatuno one thousand pesos

to write great things about him,,aha,just kidding!). A true blooded Kapampangan, with

looks of an Indian, is also good both academically and at ward. He is humble and is very

kind, with patience of an infinity and over flowing love to his group mates, classmates

and friends. He dreams to top the NLE, and we are all excited to see him does it!

Kuya made the Anatomy and Physiology, and ofcourse, he wowed the crowd.

He was asked to discuss his part without looking, and yes, he did it! Isnt he so

wonderful?

This young lady is Carla Roxas Maghupoy,a 19 year old girl, a true blooded

Kapampangan and Illonga. Born to be sweet and innately malambing on April 1, 1991,

and named Carla for it means strong. Yes, she is strong, for she finds strength at the love

of God, family and friends surrounding her. Ceicai,Calai,Lai and Lalai are her

nicknames. She is joyful, tickleful, playful and very truthful and has propensity on being

paranoid (very, very much.). This lady loves movies of all genres, paying less attention to

love stories (how ironic...), loves music, books and net. A Harry Potter-raised fan, Calai

hates kittens (stating that they look gross, cry irritably and oh, just everything and

anything about them.) A very positive girl, Lai loves studying. She hates rush works and

hustles. She could laugh as though there is no tomorrow, may cry as if the last tear has

fallen and can sing as if no one is hearing. She dreams on topping the board exam, and

finding a decent and satisfying job that could help her family to her hearts contentment.

A believer, a nature lover. A placer of strong faith on Gods plans and blessings. She

believes that it is not the abilities that make us who we are, it is our choices.

Calai made the Pathophysiology and she is very lucky and fortunate that

the clinical instructors loved it, and was asked to sit down promptly for a job well done.

One thing to describe her? She is a polyphagia, Rachel Joyce Villamor is her full

name, preferred by many to call Bugle (well, this is a guessing game, find whats the

reason behind her nickname.) was born on December 13, 1990 and currently resides at

Abucay,Bataan. She believes that anything you lose, it automatically doubles its value.

According to this wonderful and kind hearted small but terrible lady, she dislikes plastic

and very vain people. Bugle also says that this group L3 is a polyphagia group and we are

amazing just the way we are. (Strong words, arent they?) One last empowering

statement by Bugle, Hoy,magbayad na kayo ng utang kay Ate Tetch. ^-^

Bugle made the Biographic Data of the case presentation, and although had some

technical glitches, she had completed the data flawlessly.

Jaja or Angelica Marie G.Teodoro is not any ordinary girl you could see on any

place in this world. A 20-year old lady born on November 14, 1990 is an actress on

school plays and on different programs. Jaja is boyish, but imagine her playing the role

of Lus Clarita, isnt that wonderful? ^-^ She dreams on making her parents proud on what

she have become and will be in the future. Jaja states that she only listen to significant

people, paying less interest to haters and distracters. She describes her APCASian life as

Though I didnt stay here for a long time, the experiences, moments and the people I

know will be treasured and never be forgotten. I will come back to my Alma Mater.

Jaja was assigned to do and defend the Laboratory results and it was nice that she

ended up very good, that when she is asked by some jurors, she could answer them

impeccably.

This girl, or should I say, mother to Kyle (you comprehended it precisely folks.

Does it showon her looks and body? No right?) was born on October 11,1990 and is now

20 years old. Love Joy Uson Manlapaz or Love-Love is one of the most malambing

people. She doesnt talk much but when she opens her mouth, she is full of sagacity. She

dislikes people who talk ill about her at her back. And her doctrine is Remember,

dreams are meant to reach, let us not just dream. Aim, search and believe and persist, for

someday, those dreams will surely come true.

Love did the Discharge Plan, and despite the fact that the time for our

presentation have ended, her anxiety hasnt. she was asked by Dean to report at her office

for she wasnt able to listen to Loves discussion. Aha.. Fortunately that is, ehe, it didnt

come into being. However, if she would still be asked, I know Love can do it. Si Love

Born on January 1,Karen L. Rodriguez was the first blessing to her parents in the

year 1987 on Apollo, Orani Bataan. She is currently residing at Sitio Tasya, Imelda

Samal Bataan and if you wand to befriend her, this is her contact number 09285966423

and [email protected]. She dislikes on becoming stuck up and stranded and

loves on the other hand strong minded people. Bading, thats her nickname, also

desires travelling, reading magazines, net searching and watching movies, eating and

having joyrides. As for that, come what may. She wants to reach her dreams and full

potential. She believes that there are no boundaries on reaching your dreams.

Bading made and defended the Course in the Ward, which on the other hand is

one of the toughest part in any case presentation. Karen definitely smashed every

question asked, and everyone was clapping for every correct answer she speaks. We are

very proud of you Bading!!

Her name is Katherine Joy Lector, living on Don Pepe Village, Tuyo,Balanga

City, Bataan and born on July 13,1990. Desired by countless men in town, this stunning

girl literally and allegorically wants to top the board exam to prove herself to people who

have bad blood to her. But what we say to her is this, she doesnt have to prove anything

to them, because we surely lover her for what she is. Born to love heels and very

passionate about dancing, where she could express her feelings, and also was born to be

loved by numerous friends, Kathy wants to prove that she is not just good looking, or not

even the most intelligent, but she have a great mind and heart too. She loves movies,

especially horror films and could listen to a single song a whole day though. She could

listen to your heartaches and problems and would not judge. She is definitely a good

adviser and a true friend. Believes that Stay if your happy, leave if your not. Because

for her, life is all about being happy and as for her right now, she is very happy. Right

We love this guy so much. Who doesnt? His name is Jose Antonio Lopez,

contrary to his hearts desire. Called by many Gino for he was name after his Tita Gina,

lives at Bonifaci St.Poblacion Morong, Bataan. (You could always reach him at

09285481291 and add him up at [email protected]) was a blessing to his family

from June 9, 1991 and all through the days forward. Gino likes every positive thing about

happiness and hates negative things and attitudes. This lad is very talented and intelligent.

He is the president of the Student Body organization this school year, and mind you

people, he is the most active one, if not the best. He is tactless sometimes but all the time

a good friend to all of us, would definitely listen to all your problems and troublesome,

would make countless efforts to make you smile. He is the funniest guy you could meet,

the most lovable kissable and huggable. But beware, he could make you scratch and rub

his back and axilla for some time.^-^

Gino did the unbeatable Nursing Care Plans, and in this book you would find how

hard he worked for every single word he wrote for every single diagnosis. Surely, is not

just talented, but also intelligent.
