Studio in the News It has been an exciting month, beginning with my Boston Voyager Magazine interview. Please do click through to read it! I loved having the chance to talk, in- depth, about the inspirations and origins of my artwork Earlier in the month this image, of the dragonfly that hangs over my studio stairs, appeared on a special Boston Voyager web-page, under the heading Boston Creatives: the local artists who inspire us. And later, I was touched to find Artwork Archive featuring my self-portrait with this caption: "There’s just something about self-portraits. How an artist chooses to capture oneself in that particular moment—it’s almost magical. A window into the soul. It feels like an honor to be able to witness. That’s why when we came across this self-portrait by Heather Stivison, we HAD to share. You can see more of her stunning work in watercolor, acrylics, oils, or fiber on Discovery and @heatherstivison ." ________________________________ In Other News I'm honored to be the recipient of a research grant from the Arts & Crafts Research Fund, and am already deep into researching the life and times of artist, writer, and free-thiniking adventurer, Eloise Roorbach. Studio in the News

It has been an exciting month, beginning with my Boston Voyager Magazine interview. Please do click through to read it! I loved having the chance to talk, in-depth, about the inspirations and origins of my artwork

Earlier in the month this image, of the dragonfly that hangs over my studio stairs, appeared on a special Boston Voyager web-page, under the heading Boston Creatives: the local artists who inspire us.

And later, I was touched to find Artwork Archive featuring my self-portrait with this caption: "There’s just something about self-portraits. That’s why when we came across this self-portrait by Heather Stivison, we HAD to share. You can see more of her stunning work in watercolor, acrylics, oils, or fiber on Discovery and @heatherstivison."
