Experimental plants < 50 tonnes of waste per year

CONTROL AND MONITORING


OPERATING CONDITIONS

850 ºC for two seconds

1 100 ºC for two seconds and destroy PCDD/Fs

hazardous waste > 1% halogenated organic substances

Designed, equipped, built and operate to prevent emissions

ANY HEAT GENERATED SHALL BE RECOVERED AS FAR AS PRACTICABLE

•Hazardous waste with net calorific value of at least 30 MJ/kg is excluded from requirements to hazardous waste
