National Construction Labor Agreement

The BGCAPP project is signatory to the National Construction Agreement (NCA).Under this agreement BGCAPP has reserved the right to pre-select certain work to be performed without becoming signatory to the NCA agreement.The website description will indicate if the Scope of Work has been pre-selected or will require bidders to sign the project specific (NCA)
