Hi-Res ImagesIn order to ensure quality reproduction, your raster/bitmap image must be in CMYK, with a minimum resolution of 240dpiat actual product size. (See size charts) PSD (Photoshop document), TIFF and EPS formats are preferred. Web-based file formats such as GIF, PNG and JPG are generally low in quality, rendering them unusable for print.

FontsText must be “outlined” or converted to vector art prior to submission. Please do not send fonts or artwork files requiring fonts.

ColorThe best way to give us direction in terms of color expectation is to provide us with a PANTONE® reference.PANTONE® is a global standard which was created to ensure we’re all speaking the same language when talking about color. Once we have received the PANTONE® reference from you we’ll do our best to create a color that is close to the PANTONE®

reference. The only limitation to using a PANTONE® color is that the PANTONE® color range is much larger than what can be achieved with the 4-color (CMYK) digital printing process. As a result, it is seldom possible to achieve a perfect match.

ShippingWe ship Fedex or UPS prepaid and invoice forall charges. If an alternate courier is preferred,please specify which courier is to be used and provide an account number. Brokerage fees may apply toshipments destined to the USA. Duty charges will apply on products shipped outside North America.
