4. PRICES, TERMS AND PAYMENT: Firm prices shall be negotiated and include all services rendered to the purchaser. (a) DISCOUNTS: Cash discount for prompt payment shall not be considered in determining the lowest net cost for offer evaluation purposes. (b) MISTAKES: Offerers are expected to examine the conditions, scope of work, offer prices, extensions, and all instructions pertaining to the services involved. Failure to do so will be at the offerer’s risk.

(c) INVOICING AND PAYMENT: All vendors must have on file a properly executed W-9 form with their Federal Employer Identification Number prior to payment processing.

Invoices for payment shall be submitted in sufficient detail for a proper pre-audit and post audit. Prices on the invoices shall be in accordance with the price stipulated in the contract at the time the order is placed. Invoices shall reference the applicable contract and/or purchase order numbers. Invoices for any travel expenses shall be submitted in accordance with the State of Florida travel rates at or below those specified in Section 112.061, Florida Statutes and applicable UCF policies. Travel Reimbursement must be made using the UCF Voucher for Reimbursement of Traveling Expenses available on the web at http://www.fa.ucf.edu/forms/forms.cfm#

Final payment shall not be made until after the contract is complete unless the University has agreed otherwise.

Interest Penalties: Vendor interest penalty payment requests will be reviewed by the UCF ombudsman whose decision will be final.

Vendor Ombudsman: A vendor ombudsman position has been established within the Division of Finance & Accounting. It is the duty of this individual to act as an advocate for vendors who may be experiencing problems in obtaining timely payments(s) from the University of Central Florida. The Vendor Ombudsman can be contacted at (407) 882-1040; or by mail at the address in paragraph 4, (c) above.

The ombudsman shall review the circumstances surrounding non-payment to: • determine if an interest payment amount is due; • calculate the amount of the payment; and • ensure timely processing and submission of the payment request in

accordance with University policy.

services that are being listed in the RFP by the University. Our in-depth expertise enables our clients to surmount

today's common challenges, as well as to prepare in advance for their constantly changing IT environment.

Organizational structure:

Infojini will assign a dedicated Contract Manager, Mr. Paul Joseph, to University of Central Florida’s temporary Labor

Services to monitor performance, manage risk, respond to questions or requests from the University, and manage our

relationship with the University. Mr. Joseph will serve as the point of contact for identifying and escalating issues

should we encounter them. Mr. Joseph will also spearhead mitigation of any performance issues that may arise.

Mr. Joseph will actively solicit intelligence on contract performance, both directly through interaction with customers

and resources, and indirectly through observation. If the Contract Manager believes that there is a potential risk for

substandard performance developing, he will take preventive action to ensure that performance remains high, and that

task orders stay within schedule and budget. Should University contact us about a performance issue, we will respond

within 4 hours, acknowledging notification. We will present an initial mitigation plan within 1 business day.

If the performance issue is centered on a resource, Mr. Joseph will counsel the resource in accordance with Infojini’s

company policy on disciplinary action. Depending on the severity of the performance issue, the Contract Manager has

the discretion to create performance improvement plans, place formal warnings in an employee’s personnel file,

suspend employees for unprofessional behavior, or terminate non-key employees. If a key employee is causing a

performance issue, Infojini will work with the University to replace that employee as painlessly and quickly as possible.

If you are unable to receive an acceptable response from the Contract Manager or the issue goes unresolved for 3

business days, in that case Mr. Sandeep Harjani will resolve the issue on critical priority.

Infojini would assign our Recruitment Manager Ms. Kajal Joshi. She will head the team of Technical and Functional

Recruiters dedicated to the meet University of Central Florida’s temporary Labor Services. Ms. Joshi has over 7 years

of experience in responding to the Task Orders for positions similar to this contract.

Infojini will assign a dedicated Contract Manager, Mr. Paul Joseph, to University of Central Florida’s Temporary

Labor Service to monitor performance, manage risk, respond to questions or requests from the University, and manage

our relationship with the University. Mr. Joseph will serve as the point of contact for identifying and escalating issues

should we encounter them. Mr. Joseph will also spearhead mitigation of any performance issues that may arise.

Mr. Joseph will actively solicit intelligence on contract performance, both directly through interaction with customers

and resources, and indirectly through observation. If the Contract Manager believes that there is a potential risk for

substandard performance developing, he will take preventive action to ensure that performance remains high, and that

task orders stay within schedule and budget. Should University contact us about a performance issue, we will respond

within 4 hours, acknowledging notification. We will present an initial mitigation plan within 1 business day.

If the performance issue is centered on a resource, Mr. Joseph will counsel the resource in accordance with Infojini’s

company policy on disciplinary action. Depending on the severity of the performance issue, the Contract Manager has

the discretion to create performance improvement plans, place formal warnings in an employee’s personnel file,

suspend employees for unprofessional behavior, or terminate non-key employees. If a key employee is causing a

performance issue, Infojini will work with the University to replace that employee as painlessly and quickly as possible.

If you are unable to receive an acceptable response from the Contract Manager or the issue goes unresolved for 3

business days, in that case Mr. Sandeep Harjani will resolve the issue on critical priority.

Infojini Inc. will assign a dedicated a team of 5 recruiters to work on University’s urgent requirements. Infojini

Inc. will follow the following steps to meet University’s urgent requirements:

start sorucing candidates to find a perfect match

Day 2

Recruitment Team will source adequate number of candidates and send it

for review to the Recruitment Manager. Manager's will screen candidate to check the candidate's quality and

availabllity to meet Univeristy needs.

Day 3

Shortlisted candidates with immediate

availability will undergo Infojini Inc.'s standard

reference check policies to check prior work

3. Provide an explanation of how background checks will be processed.

Infojini Inc.’s Response: Our recruiters will conduct a four-step screening process to ensure that the resource is a perfect match for the DIR’s

requirement.

a) Technical Screening: This round of screening tests the technical ability of the resource being submitted.

b) HR Round of Screening: This round helps understand whether the resource is committed to accept the

opportunity with the client. We ensure that the following expectations are clearly communicated with the

resource:

Compensation Offered

Duration of the project

Location and travel requirements

Work hours and any weekend or off hours requirement

Onsite/offsite

Dress code (if any)

We do this to avoid any resource to back out after going through the interview process.

c) Pre-Screen Employment/Background Checks: We coordinate the background investigation processed by

the DIR. If the State does not perform the background investigation, then we will conduct a background

investigation compliant with the DIR’s requirements. We run other checks as required by the DIR that include

drug screen, education verification, Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) compliance, professional

reference checks, or certification verification.

d) Reference Checks: We carry out a thorough reference check of candidates and present them to the DIR only

after receiving a positive feedback from all references. Following figure shows questions on our Professional
