• I understand that summer membership is anintroduction to the club and that I will onlybe permitted one trial membership in mylifetime. The Racquet Club is notaccepting second year summer memberapplicants.

• The Racquet Club is a private club.Submission of an application does notguarantee acceptance. All summer programapplications are subject to approval and maybe declined at the Club’s discretion without areason provided to the applicant.

This application must be accompanied with a valid credit card. Your credit card will be charged either $475 or $650, depending on the selected account type upon acceptance into the summer membership. Further, this credit card will remain on file for House Charges incurred (house charges include, but are not limited to, food, beverages, special events, etc). House Charges will be charged to your credit card during the first week of each month. You will receive a monthly statement showing these charges and payments. Card holder agrees to pay all charges in accordance with agreement governing use of such card.
