We welcome you spreading the word about our great organisation but always post responsibly, don't gossip, respect privacy and never publish any images or news without the permission of the families/people represented. Our social media policy is currently in its final draft form and will be re- published asap on the website Policies page in the meantime contact the office if you have any questions.
Photo Permissions Photos and videos are a great way of promoting IOE and all the fantastic programs we run. But chasing photo permission is a very time consuming job! Over the next couple of months we are hoping to register the photo consent (or not) of all our members (100%!). Please assist us by signing a form when next you are dropping your children/young adults off for programs or calling in to the office. Coordinators will also be contacting families to obtain permissions. You can also download complete and email/post Permission Form
