Configure document type first and based on that you can configure subscription

For Invoice we have to create a subscription on account.invoice model

Need to define, which fields have a new values for new recordEx. create date, due date for invoice

Configure subscriptionDaily, weekly or monthly subscription can be configure for n times or infinite days

Document Type

Create document type to create a automatic invoice with current date

New Invoice after 1 month

When you see after one month on the same date same time, you will get created invoice

List of Invoices after 1 month

The last invoice in the list is created from subscription process.

SubscriptionUsed to create a subscription for any model

Very much useful for Automatic Bill Generation with few customization

Account RecurringUsed for special purpose, related to the accounting entries

Subscription & Recurring both are easy to configure

For accounting entries Recurring is preferable

For rest of the other subscription is good

Subscription is fully automatize as its based on the Scheduled Action, while Recurring required periodical process to be execute manually
