1. HMT Machine Tools Ltd., Hyderabad (January 2011)

The Project at HMT involved design of Hydraulic Cylinder for press brake and include

Study of metal forming equipments such as press and Press brake

Study of Hydraulic System and Hydraulic Cylinder

Design of high pressure Double Acting Hydraulic Cylinder for Press brake

2. Central Institute of Tool Design, Hyderabad (February 2011)

The project involved Design and analysis of Double Acting Hydraulic Cylinder. Thmodel was designed using Pro-E software and analysis was performed using ANSYsoftware.

3. Development of an A/C system using waste heat of Internal Combustio(I/C) engine (September 2010)

The objective was to design a theoretical system based on vapour absorptio

principle, which would increase the fuel efficiency of an automobile, and at the samtime decrease atmospheric pollution and the capital cost of an A/C unit.

4. Tata Motors, Hyderabad (June 2010)

The project at the Tata Motors service center, involved studying the following aspectof automobile engineering:

Study the working of the Air Conditioning System of an automobile

Detailed study of Vapour Compression System

Controlling the emission rate of fuel for achieving higher engine efficiency
