Our Mission To provide a voice in court for every abused and neglected

child that they might have an opportunity for a safe and permanent home.

To help the child in crisis feel a little less alone, understand a little more about what is happening around them, and know that someone who cares will be there through their entire court experience.

THE CASA SOLUTION

Page 12: Suffer the Children

[LOGO]12

CASA volunteers do what no one else doesThey donate their time to act as the independent eyes and ears of the court, investigate in the field, and speak solely in the interests of the child.

Page 13: Suffer the Children

[LOGO]13

CASA volunteers are more than mentors• They are sworn officers of the court• They work with the most severe cases of abuse and neglect• They complete independent investigations• They act as facilitators between the family and the court• They monitor kids’ health and education• They submit recommendations and are effective in

identifying the needs of children and parents
