A secretary-mimicking artificial intelligence (SMILE) that I have developed and used for 2 and a half years. SMILE cuts down my report preparation time by over 90% and significantly reduces the report error rates. PowerPath version 10 is uniquely suited for interaction with SMILE. For more information, see 3 references listed below under Comments. This is a brand new way of doing report preparation; as a result, it may be hard to conceptualize what SMILE is. Reading the listed references will help. Also, please feel free to contact me with any question. SMILE and PowerPath really work in harmony.

The relaunch included a shift to a FAT deployment of Copath, new dedicated hardware, enhanced support, and another round of on-site training from VoiceBrook UVMMC (MHV) deployed VoiceBrook 2013 but there was a general reluctance to transition away from transcriptionists this resulted in a lower than expected usage rate. Much of the discontent was due to technical issues related to our Citrix installation of Copath and a fat client installation of VoiceBrook. Teaching workflows (specifically DERM) were not easily managed using VoiceOver.

Introduction to Windows PowerShell
Thursday 7/14/2016 14:00 7/14/2016 14:50 Tucson C System Administra-tion & Support
Kevin Doblosky PowerShell is an extremely powerful tool that is available in all modern versions of Windows. It is a command-line shell and scripting language, which is integrated with Windows, and supported by many server products, including VMware, Citrix, SQL Server, Azure, and more. It can be used to automate many tedious system administration tasks, and is useful as a general scripting language for quickly developing small programs and utilities. Microsoft is integrating it more deeply with Windows with each version, so understanding it is increasingly crucial for any technical professional who uses Windows. At first glance, PowerShell can be intimidating to learn for newcomers. It has a syntax very different from previous Microsoft scripting languages such as batch files or and VBScript. This session will help get you past that initial learning curve. PowerShell has built in discoverability features that make it simple to learn more. Once you learn the basics, PowerShell is easy to use, and can make you significantly more productive on Windows.
