DESCRIPTION Linear pole mounted LED luminaire with minimalist rectangular profile for contemporary architecture.

HOUSING Rectangular luminaire housing with integral fitter is fabricated aluminum with no visible welds. Frameless tempered glass lens with decorative masking is hinged and secured in place with a single stainless steel quarter-turn fastener for tool-less access to the optical compartment. Lens seals to the housing with one-piece silicone gasketing when closed. Housing is fitted with stainless steel weather-tight strain relief bushing for the power cable exiting the rear of the housing. Luminaire mounts to tenon on pole and secured with four socket head cap screws on top of the housing. Luminaire is available in single or twin back-to-back mounting configurations. All hardware is stainless steel.

OPTICS Optics include 2 individual LED modules. Each module consists of a field replaceable aluminum core PCB with fourteen high-power LEDs and a single piece prismatic lens molded from optical quality acrylic. The prismatic lens redirects light output from the individual LEDs and is available in two distributions as a medium asymmetric distribution (ME optics) or narrow asymmetric distribution (S optics).

ELECTRICAL Electronic LED driver supplies 500mA drive current to LED modules with input voltage range from 120v to 277v at 50/60Hz.

Sides of shaft are flat with 1/8" radiussed corners. Flush mounted handhole cover is plasma cut with kerf not to exceed 1/8” and includes triangular tamper-resistant locking device. Two-piece base cover is fabricated aluminum. Nominal pole height is 15'.

Housing/fitter: One piece heavy die-cast aluminum construction with swivel arm and internal full semi specular anodized aluminum reflectors. Swivel arm allows for 0° to 15° aiming positions. Integral fitter slip fits 3" O.D. pole top and is secured by eight (8) socket head stainless steel set screws threaded into stainless steel inserts.

Enclosure: Door frames are die-cast, hinged and latched for toolless entry. Lens is 1⁄8" clear tempered glass, sealed with one piece silicone gasket.

Electrical: 80 W LED luminaire, -20° C start temperature. Integral 120 V through 277 V electronic LED driver, 0-10 V dimming. Standard LED color temperature is 5000K with a >70 CRI. Specifications

DESCRIPTION Pole mounted luminaire with full cut-off light distribution for outdoor applications where contemporary styling is desired. Suitable for use in all LEED lighting zones.

HOUSING Truncated wedge shaped housing is cast aluminum. Luminaire mounts to bracket with concealed hardware. Frameless tempered glass lens is hinged and is sealed to the housing with one-piece closed cell neoprene gasket and secured with single quarter-turn fastener for tool-less access to lamp compartment. Flat lens is 0.24" thick with screen-printed masking for aesthetics. Power cord exits luminaire at the rear of the housing into wire way on the bracket arm. Cord is sealed with a weather tight strain relief bushing at the luminaire. All hardware is stainless steel.

OPTICS Horizontal lamp positioned within specular hydroformed reflector provides asymmetric Type III full cutoff distribution.

ELECTRICAL Ceramic metal halide core and coil ballast shall have class “H” (180°C) insulation system with a minimum high power factor rating of 90% and nominal ballast factor of 1.0. Ballast and starter combination shall be capable of reliable starting to –20°F (-30°C) at nominal line voltage of ±10%. Ballast, capacitor, and starter are UL and CSA recognized. G12 base porcelain socket is 660w-600v, 4kV pulse rated.

High pressure sodium core and coil ballast with class "H" (180°C) insulation system shall have a minimum high power factor rating of 90% and nominal ballast factor of 1.0. Ballast and starter combination shall be capable of reliable starting to -40°F (-40°C) at nominal line voltage of ±10%. Ballast, capacitor, and starter are UL and CSA recognized. Medium base porcelain socket is 660w-600v, 4kV pulse rated.

POLE Slipfitter is fabricated and machined from 6060 aluminum and available in single or twin mount configurations. Pole cap is machined from 6082 aluminum for a flush fit to the pole top. Slipfitter has two rows of three recessed stainless steel setscrews for mounting to the pole top tenon. External slipfitter and pole have matching diameters for visual aesthetics.

Steel Pole Steel pole is manufactured from cold drawn over mandrel, electric-weld, mechanical round steel tubing with nominal wall thickness of 0.142” for 15' pole or 0.157" wall thickness for 20' pole. Flush mounted handhole cover is plasma cut with kerf not to exceed 1/8” and includes triangular tamper-resistant locking device. Tenon is machined to match the inside diameter of the pole, then inserted into the pole shaft and plug welded, showing no visible weld at the transition. Pole and bracket are hot-dip galvanized with coating inside and out, then lightly sanded prior to painting. One-piece base cover is 0.080” spun aluminum and finished to match the pole. Nominal pole heights are 15’ with 4" diameter and 20' with 4.8" diameter.

Aluminum Pole Aluminum pole is manufactured from seamless 6061 aluminum tubing with nominal wall thickness of 0.187”. Pole is heat treated to produce a T6 temper. Flush mounted handhole cover is plasma cut with kerf not to exceed 1/8” and includes triangular tamper-resistant locking device. Tenon is machined to match the inside diameter of the pole, then inserted into the pole shaft and plug welded, showing no visible weld at the transition. One-piece base cover is 0.080” spun aluminum and finished to match the pole. Nominal pole height is 15' with 4" diameter or 20' with 4.8" diameter..

FINISH Housing is ultrasonically cleaned prior to painting. Standard finish is finely textured matte silver grey metallic or graphite grey. Special colors available on request.

Features & SpecificationsConstruction

The housing is made of compression molded fiber rein-

forced polyester composite. The color impregnated SR2

composite will not flake or peal. The LED light source is

housed within a zinc LED body with heat dissipating fins.

An anti-siphon chamber is molded into the housing to keep

internal electrical components from coming into contact

with ground water. Multiple ring/guard assemblies are

available for a customizable finish.

Optical System

A 20 watt single source LED is available in a 3000K color

temperature. The light source is offered with 15° spot

optical assembly. It is mounted on an adjustable yoke that

allows it to turn 360 degrees and tilt in any direction. A

walkover lens is provided standard with a stainless steel

trim ring.

Electrical System

The low voltage LED requires a separate Driver Box /

Transformer, mounted in the well for operation.

The amperage draw is .3 amps for 120 volt operation.

Three conduit entries are provided at the bottom of the

enclosure and an optional entry on the removable cover is

also available.

Mounting

The LED Well Light is an in-ground fixture and should be

installed with back fill according to the Eagle Mountain

installation instructions. A ¾” conduit entry is supplied into

the anti-siphon chamber of the housing. The LED Driver

enclosure can be mounted directly to a flat surface or via

tree standoffs.

DESCRIPTION Illuminating column for applications where contemporary styling and colored accenting is desired.

HOUSING Cylindrical base with horizontal cut at top of shaft is constructed from 0.197” nominal wall, 6082 aluminum tubing. Handhole cover is plasma cut with kerf not to exceed 1/8” and includes triangular tamper-resistant locking device. Cylindrical lens is impact-resistant matte acrylic and enclosed at the bottom with an alignment plate assembly. Assembly positions the bottom mounted auxilliary reflector inside the lens to the bias cut of the base within the luminaire. Lens assembly is secured with stainless steel socket head cap screws from inside the base. Fabricated aluminum top cap houses the LEDs and is gasketed to create a weather-tight seal to the lens. Top cap is secured to the lens with two socket head cap screws. Nominal column height is 13'.

OPTICS Single color LEDs consist of an array of nine 3 watt high brightness LEDs arranged in a circular pattern mounted in the top cap of the column. LEDs are fitted with narrow beam lenses to provide even illumination of the cylindrical lens. Bottom mounted hammertone auxiliary reflector produces soft diffused illumination.

ELECTRICAL Universal LED driver is mounted in a weather-proof enclosure at the base of the column. Input voltage to universal driver is 120v through 240v AC, 50/60 Hz. Maximum power consumption is 29 watts. Contact factory for 277v driver.

FINISH Standard finish is finely textured matte silver grey metallic or graphite grey. Special colors available on request.

The Winline 603 submersible linear luminaire is designed to be the most powerful, reliable, and easiest to implement submersible solution available. The Model 603 is suitable for installation up to 3 meters deep in fountains and other water containing vessels not intended to accommodate the partial or complete immersion of persons. Color & Light Output: The Model 603 utilizes Nichia 123B white LEDs in five standard colors and features (24) LEDs/ft.

Power: Winline 603 power consumption is 4.5W/ft. The Winline 603 operates on 24VAC using Magnetic Transformers. A wide range of remote transformers are available in 120V. Note: NEC requires the primary side of the transformer to be protected by a ground fault circuit interrupter. NEC also stipulates a maximum of 150V on primary side of transformer. Please reference NEC codes and all local codes for detailed information.

Dimming: Used with remote mounted 24VAC magnetic transformers which can be dimmed with commonly available low voltage magnetic dimming equipment. Mounting & Adjusting: A unique 1-piece adjustable mount allows for 360 degree rotation enabling the fixture to be mounted anywhere. The stainless steel mounts can be bolted to pool surfaces or fasten them to paving stones to avoid penetrations in waterproofing membranes. Note: Per NEC the fixture must be able to be removed for maintenance and inspection without adjustment of the water level. Two endcap configurations are available. The standard straight exit cap is used when there are no restrictions around the luminaire. Use the 90 degree endcap for continuous row mounting. See pages 2-3 for more mounting and adjustment information.

POWER REQUIREMENTSWINLINE 603 consumes 4.5W/ft. Winline 603 is only available in single units (minimum of 24VAC is required at feed end of unit cord). The WINLINE 603 must be powered by a magnetic transformer. Do not use electronic transformers. Choose a transformer with adequate capacity. Total load should not exceed 80% of the rated output of the transformer at 24VAC. Note: NEC requires transformer supply voltage to be less than 150 volts between conductors. In addition the primary side of the transformer is to be protected by a ground fault circuit interrupter. Please reference NEC codes and all local codes for detailed information.

DIMMINGThe WINLINE 603 is easily dimmed with Magnetic Low Voltage (MLV) Dimmers. Not all MLV dimmers are alike, even among the same manufacturer. Confirm with dimming equipment manufacturer that dimmer selected is designed to work with the transformer selected.

REMOTE MOUNTING CONSIDERATIONSThe WINLINE 603 is powered from remote-mounted transformers.

The WINLINE 603 is to be powered by 24VAC only. Do not connect directly to line voltage under any circumstance.Connection to line voltage will permanently damage internal components and void manufacturer’s warranty.

3Step 1 - Fasten mounting brackets directly to the structure or to paving stones or block of other material suitable for continuous immersion in water. Ensure the block of material weighs at least 3 lbs. for each linear foot of WINLINE 603 or the fixture may float to the surface.

Step 2 - Run the supplied 12' cord from fixture to an electrical enclosure. Note: Maximum length of exposed cord in the fountain shall be limited to 10 feet. Cords extending beyond the fountain perimeter shall be enclosed in approved wiring enclosure. Observe NEC and all local codes.

Step 3 - Connect WINLINE 603 to a 24VAC transformer suitable for use with underwater lighting. Observe NEC and all local codes.

APPLICATIONS: The CFT857EB offers a vertically lamped com-pact fluorescent downlight, lensed, and wall wash fixture that provides superior brightness and glare control. The multi-volt ballast provides the ability to run any voltage of power supply from 120 – 277V. This luminaire is ideal for a wide variety of medium to high ceiling appli-cations including commercial, retail, and hospi-tality. The CFT857EB luminaire is compatible with the Signos8 family of architectural elements.

HOUSING:One-piece 18-gauge galvaneal steel platform. Prewired J-box with snap-on cover for easy access. Vented at socket for maximum light output. Same housing accommodates downlight, lensed, and wall wash reflectors. Diecast aluminum heat sink with patented (U.S. Patent No. 7,740,384) twist and lock mechanism that ensures accu-rate and stable lamp location.
