(1.5″) core diameter and up to 15 cm (6″) core length (b) Steam generator (c) Isco syringe pump model 500D (d) Constant temperature air bath (oven) which can work up to 220°C (e) Heating jacket that can operate up to 350°C (f) Back pressure regulator (g) Digital pressure gauges and differential pressure transducers to measure

injection/production pressure and pressure drop across the core. (2) Catalytic Reactions laboratory that includes the following equipments:

(a) Three Parr high pressure-high temperature batch reactors (b) Micro-fixed bed reactor that is equipped for liquid and vapor phase reactions. (c) Three gas chromatographs equipped with FID and TCD detectors. (d) Two calcination furnaces for catalyst preparation (e) Anton Paar viscometer equipped with multi spinning heads for different

ranges of viscosities.
