Microscopic examination of samples and their interpretation. Determination of shale density and shale factor. Determination of calcimetry. Monitoring drilling parameters for signs of imbalance of down hole. Monitoring of hole filling parameters during all trips. Handling of core samples which include recovery, orientation sampling (packing & sealing). Preparation of required core logs and reports. Preparing well logs and final well reports, which include Master log, D'exp plot, Composite Logs, Shale Density & Shale Factor Plots, Drilling parameters, Bit details, Gas analysis data, Casing & Cementation data etc. Gas Detection: Continuous separation of Hydrocarbon gases C1, C2, C3, iC4, nC4 and nC5. Prepare Gas Ratio Plot to obtain formation productivity. Installation, operation, maintenance, calibration and trouble shooting of different equipment’s of mud logging unit. Pressure evaluations and analysis of control indicators (D’exp, Sigma, Shale factor, Shale Density), monitor the shutting & circulation pressure and report to well control personals as needed. Presently, working as Field Engineer- SLS with BAKER HUGHES INTEQ posted in Kuwait.

Responsibility’s:

Interpretation of geophysical log data.

Preparation of Litholog, Floor Contour Maps, Geological Maps, Seam structure etc by using software
