Ques- 1 :- What type of Advertisement did u published to

explore the name of Fine Fair Garments ?

Ans :-At the beginning we were facing little difficulties we didn't

have much customers to deal with, than we realise that we didn't

did enough efforts as much as required after that with the help of

Newspapers, Magazines, Leaflets and along with we hired some

boys and girls as a Brand Promoter and publically like in Malls,

Family Restaurant etc. where every type of crowd gathers we start

promoting, and customer were willing to know about our brand,

and it genuinely help us.

Ques-2 :- Why you choose this profession. What motivates

you to be a Salesman ?

Ans :-

(1) I am motivated by a challenge. I enjoy spending the

time to showcase a product, and help the customer to

understand the benefits to them.

(2) What motivates me most is money. I enjoy making large

sales, seeking out new clients, and growing my department's

earning percentage.

(3) I am motivated by innovation. I like to try different

things, and I love being in sales, because every customer

brings the opportunity for a new approach.

Ques-3 :- What is more Important a Quality Product Or

excellent customer service ?

Ans :-

(1) I believe that the two go hand in hand. You are not

doing a service to your customers by selling an inferior

product. I make sure that the products that I represent are all

of a high quality and are of good value, which gives me the

confidence that I am providing my customers with the best

possible customer service.

(2) Customer service is the most important aspect of sales.

Without friendly, knowledgeable service, no product can sell

itself.

Ques-4 :- What do you least like about being in sales ?

Ans :-

The only thing that I found frustrating about

being in sales is when I have a customer who is not

really interested in purchasing anything at the moment,

but is just looking to have me to do their research.

Many times, that same customer will come back when

they are ready to make the purchase, but at the time, it

is difficult to spend the time knowing that it could be

months or a year, if ever that I will be able to close the

sale.

Ques-5 :- What are your Return and Exchange Policies towards

your Customers ?

Ans :-

(1) we have designed an anytime return and exchange policy.

The no hassle exchange and return policy relieves our customer

of any botheration regarding the process. Our customers are

taken very seriously and whatever seems just to them is just for

us.

(2) Our Exchange and Return Policy promises that any

garment that is being returned because of customer

dissatisfaction can be exchanged as well as returned at any point

of Time. We readily exchange and accept return of garments to

get to you what you truly like.

Ques-6 :- How did you land your most successful

sale ?

Ans :-

I would say that my most successful sales have

followed a similar pattern. Once the customer has

expressed interest in the product, I make myself

available to answer any questions they may have.

Next, I try to fill them in on the details they may not

be familiar with i.e. Quality, benefits, etc. By

representing a company with a superior product and

a high level of customer support, I am confident in

offering a fair price, and I have been very successful

at landing most of my sales.
