Truly a “SUV” of the seasTruly a “SUV” of the seas, the merry Fisher 755 marlin offers real comfort under way and living on board. With an aggressive style (very comfortable and characteristic wheelhouse with side doors, 2 exterior cockpits and 2 deck layout configurations), the merry Fisher 755 marlin is also a model of flexibility. The fast, stable hull, designed traditionally in a progressive V shape, meets current navigation criteria. Thus the choice of an outboard engine allows increased speeds (nearly 30 kts with 150 hp), reduced fuel consumption and controlled maintenance costs (new generation outboard engines).

Very much a fishing boat when in fishing configurationIn “3 doors” configuration, the merry Fisher 755 marlin clearly favours the fishing profile, offering all the equipment one expects (fish tank, rod holders, side net roller, fish box, deck wash pump etc). made safe by 3 sliding doors, 2 enclosed side decks, the cockpit depth and large, clear deck surfaces, moving around the boat is excellent.

Very family-friendly in “comfort” configurationIn “2 doors” configuration, the merry Fisher 755 marlin is geared to family sailing, offering a comfortable cockpit saloon aft dedicated to lazing (converts to sunbed) and a very sociable face-to-face forward cockpit. The comfortable wheelhouse with its 2 side doors, the interior saloon that can seat five around a table and the galley equipment are many of the comfortable elements of a family space. The two berths easily allow occasional use of the cabin. Fishing is also made simple by offering specific equipment and by the excellent ease of movement around the boat.

THE FISHING CONCEPT…

Access to the cockpit through a gate is very convenient.

The large, clear area (approx. 1.90m x 2.48m) and depth (approx. 0.72m) of the cockpit make it very spacious and safe (additional cockpit guardrails available as an option).

The two wide, enclosed side decks (the widest to starboard) give incomparable movement around the boat.

The forward cockpit, fitted with one wide bench seat and two facing each other, gives an additional very distinct area for fishing.

The numerous pieces of equipment (standard or optional): fish tank, rod holders, cutting table, rod stowage, clamp and deck wash pump give an optimal fishing configuration.

The wheelhouse, with its 3 sliding doors and all-round (360°) visibility gives priority to comfort at sea with separate access points (on each side and aft) avoiding bothering the others on board.

The swivelling driver’s and co-driver’s seats are adjustable and fitted with a bolster for standing when driving.

A galley (2 sinks + refrigerator) completes this very habitable layout.

The two berths in the cabin (and possible chemical toilet) allow sleeping aboard in real comfort.

For family use, on-board comfort is put first by means of several quite distinct areas:

The wheelhouse: the helm position with its driver’s and co-driver’s seats and side exits is remarkably comfortable and ergonomic.

Designed to take five persons (saloon + swivelling seats), with a folding table, a complete galley (sink + refrigerator in option) and numerous stowage spaces, the saloon allows use for the day or the week in real interior comfort. The two berths (and the chemical toilet) complete this comfortable layout.

Outside, movement around the boat, very safe for children, is served by two specific areas:

Aft cockpit: a real relaxation area, the aft cockpit gives a saloon for 4 persons that converts to a sunbed. Fully adaptable, this cockpit saloon is also removable to match all possible sailing profiles.

Forward cockpit: fitted with a wide bench seat and two facing each other, the forward saloon is above all a quite separate and well-protected living space, which in particular commands excellent forward visibility.
