Access and Quality for All Vision Planned College Level Exemplar Projects COPP Vision and College Goals (08/03/05) Goals University expansion to provide access, ensure quality, and focus on the individual. Expand access to the existing 28 undergraduate and graduate academic degrees and certificates Develop new academic programs to meet the needs of a growing megapolitan area Intensify the academic experience of undergraduate students through participation in research, internships, public service, and living-learning communities Expand continuing professional education opportunities, especially to the downtown Phoenix community Strategically focus on and improve linkages with Phoenix community colleges Develop academic programs with key partners in downtown Phoenix, e.g., the City of Phoenix, the Department of Economic Security, to advance baccalaureate and graduate degree attainment To establish COPP as a model for rigorous, research-intensive, knowledge-based social and economic advancement of others in a hyper growth megapolitan region.
