CAMP STAFF ~24 Hour Medical StaffA full-time staff of NATA® Certified Athletic Trainers and StudentAthletic Trainers (SAT’s) will be on site 24 hours a day monitoringall training sessions, matches, as well as being housed in the samedormitories as the young campers on and off the field. In addition,on-site campus medical staff is always on-call. All facilities arelocated near modern medical centers. A mandatory Eurotech®

Medical Form is required to participate and is provided on theEurotech® website.. The well-being and safety of all campers isalways our first priority.

~24 Hour Supervision & SecurityIn addition to full-time coaching and medical staff, a full-time staffof camp counselors will be on site 24 hours a day who provideadditional supervision for all campers and act as role models foryounger campers on and off the field. On-site campus securityguards are always available and provide a safe and secure envi-ronment for the entire camp.

PROGRESSIVE INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS~ CHALLENGE PROGRAMThe popular Challenge Program was created for field players and goal-keepers of all levels and for many campers, this program may be their firstformal introduction to a soccer training program. This dynamic programfocuses on mastering basic soccer skills through repetition and creativeexercises in a fun filled soccer environment. Encouragement, enthusiasmand self confidence are the goals of this program while preparing playersfor the next step in the Eurotech® Soccer Performance EducationalSystem. With a typical camper to coaching staff ratio of 12:1 or better forfield players and 6:1 for goalkeepers, our staff builds fantastic relationshipsand confidence with all campers.

~ COMPETITIVE PROGRAMThe Competitive Program was designed as the next step in the Eurotech®

Soccer Performance Educational System, catering to beginner and interme-diate players. What makes this program special is the continuation and build-ing of a strong technical foundation for second or third year campers as wellas first timers to the exciting program. Innovative and highly motivationalskills training as well as the introduction of small group tactics are the mainreason for this program’s high success rate. Once again, encouragement,enthusiasm and self confidence are the goals of this program while prepar-ing players to master the ball in every way. ~ PREMIER PROGRAMThe Premier Program was created solely to develop play-ers in a competitive environment with quality players witha similar level of passion for the game. This tier in theprogram will allow campers to continue to train and learnmore advanced technical skills and more importantly, start to testthose skills in more game like situations. Eurotech® coaching staff willprovide constant feedback, encouragement and advice as both field play-ers and goalkeepers learn more advanced attacking and defending princi-ples and how they can directly contribute to the game. Group tacticaldemonstrations and well executed sessions will highlight this program forthe intermediate to advanced player. A camper to coaching staff ratio of16:1 or better for field players and 8:1 for goalkeepers is typical.

~ ELITE PROGRAMThe Elite Program was developed with the assumption

that you already possess the fundamental technical skillsand basic understanding of your position. Technical skills are

reviewed in this program but are now executed with a higherlevel of pace and under game like pressure. The training

sequences at this level are usually faster paced and are meant to takethe player to the next level of comprehension, understanding and aware-

ness of the technical, tactical and communication skills needed to be an assetto any team. Highly disciplined practice habits are emphasized in all EliteProgram sessions. A camper to coaching staff ratio of 16:1 or better for fieldplayers and 8:1 for goalkeepers.

Individual Techniques & Skill TrainingThis intense but highly effective daily technical and skill training module teaches ball feel-ing, turns, changes of direction, moves to beat an opponent, passing, receiving, shootingand “body control” in relation to the ball at an age appropriate pace and with just theright amount of repetition to instill confidence. Goalkeepers will also participate in highlyorganized skill training and technical work to include catching balls, footwork, tipping,boxing, and parrying and much much more! Individual Tactics & Small Group PlayThe Individual Tactics Training Module emphasizes small group tactics building uponindividual defending and attacking principles from 1v1, 1v2, 2v2, 2v3, 3v3, 4v4 and evenup to 5v5. This method of breaking down the larger game into smaller, more digestableparts and the progressive nature allow both field players and goalkeepers to build theirtactical prowess on a daily basis for optimum results. Positional Play & Functional TrainingThis module was created to provide every experienced player depth and real insight intothe technical, tactical and intellectual aspects of being a goalkeeper, defender, midfielderor forward. Players are taught by coaches who have played these positions at a very highlevel and are able to provide instant feedback on the specifics of playing a particular posi-tion. Special attention will be paid to make sure that all players understand the defendingand attacking skills needed to play in all positions. Programs offering this training module:■ Premier ■ Elite

Team Tactics & Pre-Season TrainingAfter players have a basic understanding of Individual Tactics and Positional Play, theemphasis of this module is to improve upon existing styles and systems of play and aftercareful evaluation, offer recommendations for improvement. This module also allows forcustomization and a team pre-season “tune-up” covering a variety of topics such as teamshape, finishing, set plays, defensive organization, offensive organization, throw-ins, etc.This is the ideal opportunity to work directly with your Eurotech® Staff Coach on a dailybasis to address any weaknesses or strengthen other areas of team play. Striker SchoolThe Striker School module features daily sessions on shooting and finishing techniques andplenty of time for both field players and goalkeepers to benefit from repetition in shooting.This exciting module covers the technical aspects of striking the ball combined with “reallife” finishing exercises to allow players to gain confidence in scoring and finishing fromany position on the field. Sessions will progress throughout the week and begin withrepetitive sessions and build up to crossing and finishing. This is one of the only integrated field player and goalkeeper teamprograms in the country! This is a crucial component to any coachwho is faced with the task of finding one quality training organ-ization to work with both goalkeepers and field players simulta-neously. To ensure the high quality of training and competition, eachweek of camp will typically have 4-6 teams of similar age and ability.At the coach’s request, specialized sessions can be created to meetthe special needs of your team. The amount of teams allowed perweek of camp is dependent on each specific site and our field andbed availability. A Residential team camp week involves approxi-mately 35 instructional sessions, 6-8 competitive matches, small-sided games, optional private instructional sessions, and a widevariety of team bonding activities. For most teams, this powerfulcombination is the equivalent to a full season!

All teams and small groups are assigned to a Eurotech® staff coachwho will work exclusively with you and your team to enforce cohe-sion and unity while providing guidance throughout the week oftraining. Goalkeepers attending with teams are automaticallyenrolled in the Goalkeeper Academy (see page 11) and also trainand play with their respective teams during matches and specialshooting and finishing sessions. All participants also experience andparticipate in dynamic sessions with Eurotech® Directors, national andinternational Eurotech® clinicians and various guest coaches.

The Goalkeeper Academy was specifically designed with goal-keepers in mind. Eurotech® is one of the only national fullyintegrated field player and goalkeeper programs available.To succeed in the modern game, the goalkeeper must not onlyhave the required technical skill, but also be able to read thegame. Goalkeepers are an integral part of the team so shouldn’tthey practice with the team? This is a crucial component to anycoach who is faced with the task of finding one quality camporganization to train both goalkeepers and field players. Ourgoalkeepers are tested and faced with various technical sessions,shots on goal and experience real game situations involving ourfield players on a daily basis. Working closely with our goalkeep-ing staff will ensure constant feedback and evaluation in smallteaching groups.

Eurotech’s® action packed Field Player Academy stresses the totalintegration of technical, tactical and physical development.Designed for individual players not attending with a team, thisinstructional program refines fundamental technical skills andintroduces functional training on the field. It also identifiesstrengths and weaknesses and encourages creative decisionmaking with limited time and space, while teaching players toredirect their energies to create confidence and success onand off the field. Field players will learn to develop the funda-mental skills necessary to play any position on the field fromdefense, midfield, and to forward. CAMP LOCATIONS ~First Class FacilitiesEurotech® residential camps are located only at the finest facilities. Ourcamps are held at some of the finest college and prep school campusesin the country. Each location features outstanding athletic facilitieswhile exposure to a campus setting adds a wonderful cultural dimen-sion and provides secure, quality housing as well as a wide selection ofnutritious meals in a cafeteria style setting.

~First and Last DayMost residential programs are Sunday through Thursday. Check-in on thefirst day of camp for all programs is between 1:00-2:30pm. The first mealfor residential and extended day campers is dinner on the first day. Thelast meal is lunch on the last day. Campers are dismissed from the closingceremony at approximately 4:30pm on the last day of camp.

Eurotech® cannot,from week to week, location to location, predetermine the soccer playing abilities of thosecampers who enroll in each session. Requests for refunds based upon the subjective evaluationof the skill of other campers will not be entertained. Campers may only arrive on the first day of camp and willbe required to depart on the last day of camp.SHUTTLE SERVICEEurotech® also offers a shuttle service to campers and teams who arrive via air, bus or train.Eurotech® will provide round trip shuttle service for a $50 Service Fee.
