NEW STUDENTS (If you have never enrolled at MSCC)

PLACEMENT TESTING SCHEDULE

Complete and submit an MSCC Application. You can submit an online application through the MSCC website (midsouthcc.edu, click on red “Apply Now” box). Or you can pick up an Admissions Application form from the Admissions Office in the Reynolds Center on the South Campus.

Bring your official high school transcript or GED scores, along with your shot record from your doctor’s office or the health department. If you’re transferring from another college, we will need that transcript as well.

Complete and submit financial aid application. Call the Financial Aid Office at 870.733.6729 or send an email to [email protected] to check your eligibility.

Submit your ACT or SAT results to the Admissions Office OR take the COMPASS placement test ($10). See the COMPASS Testing Schedule for times.

During registration, go to the Reynolds Center. You’ll meet with an advisor and register for your classes. There will be knowledgeable MSCC staff to help you through every step.

Choose how to pay tuition and fees. Several payment options are available—cash or check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Also, the Finance Office will be on hand with information about the FACTS monthly tuition payment plan. Call 870.733.6714 for more details.

First-time students must complete a skills assessment before registering for classes. Students who do not have ACT or COMPASS placement scores must take COMPASS assessments before enrolling. All testing will be done in the Southland Greyhound Science Center.

A $10 testing fee must be paid at the cashier’s window in the Reynolds Center before testing. Photo ID will be required to take any exam. Students are allowed to bring graphing calculators.

A MODERN CAMPUS, WELL EQUIPPED

The MSCC campus is a comfortable place to study and learn. The Donald W. Reynolds Center for Educational Excellence includes a library, multimedia conference room, a food service area, computer labs, a book store, and testing center.

The Workforce Technology Center includes high-tech classrooms, an advanced manufacturing training area and machining and aviation technology workplaces. The University Center provides MSCC students with access to degree opportunities from other universities. The Marion Berry Renewable Energy Center supports applied research in biofuel production including testing the effects of alternative energy sources on engine performance and durability. It also provides advanced capacity to the transportation industry for equipment development and implementation.

MSCC offers a one-year certificate, a two-year degree, and the opportunity to pursue a four-year degree through a unique partnership with Montana State University-Northern.

Complete and submit an MSCC Application. You can submit an online application through the MSCC website (midsouthcc.edu, click on red “Apply Now” box). Or you can pick up an Admissions Application form from the Admissions Office in the Reynolds Center on the South Campus.

Bring your official high school transcript or GED scores, along with your shot record from your doctor’s office or the health department. If you’re transferring from another college, we will need that transcript as well.

Complete and submit financial aid application. Call the Financial Aid Office at 870.733.6729 or send an email to [email protected] to check your eligibility.

Submit your ACT or SAT results to the Admissions Office OR take the COMPASS placement test ($10). See the COMPASS Testing Schedule for times.

During registration, go to the Reynolds Center. You’ll meet with an advisor and register for your classes. There will be knowledgeable MSCC staff to help you through every step.

Choose how to pay tuition and fees. Several payment options are available—cash or check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Also, the Finance Office will be on hand with information about the FACTS monthly tuition payment plan. Call 870.733.6714 for more details.

First-time students must complete a skills assessment before registering for classes. Students who do not have ACT or COMPASS placement scores must take COMPASS assessments before enrolling. All testing will be done in the Southland Greyhound Science Center.

A $10 testing fee must be paid at the cashier’s window in the Reynolds Center before testing. Photo ID will be required to take any exam. Students are allowed to bring graphing calculators.
