Caryn Lee CarterMay 12

Caryn Lee Carter picked up her guitar and began penning her own songs at 23, armed with nothing but an affinity for music and a few stories on her heart to tell. Just a few short years later, she's written her life down in hundreds of songs, and has played shows all across the Southeast.

A native of Cartersville, Georgia, Caryn grew up on gospel hymns and mountain music that she learned on her grandmother's swing during Georgia summers. The songbird sheds new light on what it means to grow up in (and out of) a Southern town, drawing inspiration from the emotional stems of young heartbreak, old battle scars, and new love.

Caryn's sound instantly throws listeners back to the heyday of 90s country. Her upbeat country pop tempos, blended with cheeky lyrics, make for a unique sound that winds somewhere down the road between Miranda's front door and Shania's backyard, which is just where she likes it.

Ace is originally from Georgia, and at age 10 started a band with his three older brothers called the Suggs Brothers Band. Two years after moving to Florida at the age of 15, he launched his solo career creating hits like “X-Ray Eyes,” “I Get Lonely Too,” and “Physical.” Since then, he has been performing, producing, and writing for numerous music projects. The many years of experience in the music industry has contributed to the singer, songwriter and producer that he is today.

Ace has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry including Edwin McCain, Daniel De Los Reyes (Zack Brown Band), Merle Haggard, Selena, and Gloria Estefan. He has produced over 25 albums for various artists and has performed nationally for over 25 years. Now he has returned home to North Georgia to further his career.

Under the name Acoustical Left, the solo through 5-piece act brings a unique, pleasant and moving sound to many rock and pop covers from the 70's to today. They can be found playing at pubs, restaurants, festivals and private parties around the greater Atlanta area and there is a strong collaboration with venues and other musicians in both the Atlanta and Philly regions.

Russell Cook & the Sweet Teeth is a two guitar and drums juke-joint style trio with over 100 years of collective experience playing and singing for the people. Playing new songs, traditional songs, and drawing from the extensive catalog of music written for the Little Country Giants, Russell Cook & the Sweet Teeth use sharp-edged songwriting to open up a vein of electrified Americana and country blues.

The Breeze Kings band was formed out of a real love for 50’s & 60’s era blues and soul music. The spark was immediately there and word spread fast. Today, the band keeps a full schedule of shows all over the eastern United States and has completed four European tours. Featuring complex guitar parts, explosive harmonica, soulful vocals, and super groovy rhythms, their exciting and authentic blend of blues, soul, and early rock n’ roll catches wide attention. Show after show, their charismatic energy wins over new fans while their dedication to time honored traditions earns the respect of and admiration of music purists. There are lots of musicians and performers, but not many like The Breeze Kings, and that’s why they are one of Atlanta’s, and the South’s, most popular and sought after bands.
