We need water for almost everything that we do on earth for example drinking, bathing, washing clothes, etc. Over the years, with the rising population, growing industrialization and expanding agriculture the demand for water has increased day by day. Water conservation has become the need of the hour. People are trying to save water through different means like rain water harvesting, dams, reservoirs, etc. It will boost our country’s economy and will result in Khushal Bharat. Clean fresh water is essential for healthy human life. However, today, nearly one billion people Don’t have access to clean water. Water Scarcity is the lack of sufficient available water resources to meet water needs Within a region. It affects every continent. Depleting reservoirs and falling groundwater table has led to an acute water shortage in several states of India as well. As a conscious citizen of the country, write an Article on the topic ‘Consumption of water in Urban and Rural India’ in 100-120 words. Hints:
