Dear Student
The school wishes you to have a joyful time during summer break. It is the time to relax and enjoy with your
family but take care not to spend your time lazily and wastefully. To help you use your leisure time in an
organized and fruitful way, your teachers have planned some assignments related to your subjects for the
revision of the concepts taught. You will surely love to complete them.
We expect you to bring the work neatly done for all the subjects and submit the same by 6th July ‘2017. All
assignments will be part of enrichment activities assessment and the weightage in terms of grades will be
given. The work will be assessed in terms of accuracy, neatness and timely submission.

Kindly instruct your ward to follow the guidelines given below.
Related to homework- Plan very wisely to complete your holiday homework regularly to avoid any kind of
stress in the last hours.
Do the homework neatly in beautiful handwriting.
Mention date on each page.
Revise all the concepts taught in the class and read the covered lessons thoroughly.
Learn key terms covered so far in EVS with proper understanding.
Enhance your readings through newspapers, magazines and good story books.
Revise and learn spellings of difficult words and key words of all the lessons in all the subjects covered so far.
Recite stories, poems, in front of your parents / grandparents to improve your speaking skills.
Some General guidelines- Wake up early in the morning and begin your day with some physical activity to keep you active and
fit.
Have a healthy body wash and brush your teeth properly.
Eat preferably healthy homemade food and reduce the frequency of taking junk food.
Bring the practice manuals and cursive books, G.K books, Art Files and Computer books when the school re-opens
NOTE: - As part of the continuous and comprehensive evaluation – Class work, Home task, Projects and
Participation in co-curricular activities and sports etc. will be assessed regularly. You may download the
newsletter for the months of April & May.
Absentees parents may collect the study material of their ward on 22nd or 23th May , at 7:45am(in case
left in the school).
