The Summer Hot Pocket is packed with 68 pages of low-cost and no-cost events including rock climbing, Christmas art workshops, sport clinics and movie nights. The activities in the Hot Pocket aim to remove social barriers and provide social opportunities for all young people in Townsville. This year's edition also features coupons from Reading Cinemas, Barra Fun Park, Warrina Ice Skating Rink and more. All activities in the Hot Pocket are drug and alcohol free

SUMMER SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMThis program can also be found online at www.townsville.qld.gov.au Townsville City Council has endeavoured to include a number of activities during the school holidays that assist in the inclusion of children with disabilities or additional needs, young people from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds and from culturally and linguistically Diverse backgrounds. These activities aim to remove barriers and provide social opportunities for all children, with the purpose of building capacity and inclusion within the Townsville community.
