Ecological compatibility, thermal and acoustic insulation, refined design and top quality materials are the key characteristics of our Ecolife units, which offer guests comfort, serenity and exclusivity in close contact with nature. This type of accommodation is based on 36 m2 maxi caravans located in the green spaces of the village. Ceilings, cladding and roof are all in wooden panels insulated withwood fibre and finished inside in high-performance fibre plasterboard, an interior finish also used in residential wooden homes.

Il nostro ufficio prenotazioni terrà sempre in considerazione le vostre preferenze e cercherà ove possibile di soddisfarle.Con la prenotazione viene assicurato la piazzola, il tipo di alloggio ed il periodo di permanenza, ma non il numero. Il numero della piazzola e dell’unità prenotata verrà comunicato solamente al momento dell’arrivo in campeggio.
RECESSO PIAZZOLE A RISERVAZIONE Se l‘ospite dovesse rinunciare alla Piazzola e Superplatz a riservazione avrà diritto al rimborso del 80% del deposito versato (€ 200,00 - € 250,00) qualora la disdetta venga notificata (per lettera, fax o e-mail ) all’Europa Camping Village almeno 30 giorni prima della data d’arrivo; il 20% sarà trattenuto a titolo di penale. Nessun rimborso spetterà a chi rinuncia nei 29 giorni precedenti l’inizio del soggiorno o in caso di mancato arrivo .
RECESSO UNITÀ ABITATIVE L’ospite che rinuncia alla prenotazione ha diritto al rimborso del deposito cauzionale versato (30% importo totale prenotazione) esclusivamente quando la comunicazione scritta viene inviataall’EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE, mediante lettera, fax o e-mail, almeno 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo indicata nella prenotazione. I proprietari potranno ritirarli direttamente o delegare qualcuno al ritiro presso lo sportello, non effettuiamo spedizioni.

Lodge/Crystal Lodge Roy/Coral Lodge/Crystal Deluxe/Ecolife Unit/Freed-Home/Ecolife House, saranno disponibili dalle ore 17:00 del giorno di arrivo e dovranno essere lasciati liberi entro le ore 10.00 del giorno di partenza. La piazzola sarà disponibile dalle ore 15.00 del giorno di arrivo e dovrà essere lasciata libera entro le ore 12.00 del giorno di partenza. I bagni privati saranno disponibili a partire dalle ore 17:00 del giorno di arrivo e dovranno essere lasciati liberi entro le ore 11:00 del giorno di partenza.
• Nelle unità abitative non sono ammessi animali eccetto Crystal Lodge Roy, Maxi-caravan Chalet Europa Roy e Coco Roy.
• L’occupazione di una piazzola o unità abitativa in zona cani, determina il pagamento obbligatorio della tariffa cane per l‘intero periodo di soggiorno.
• In caso di ritardo nell’arrivo, il cliente ne informerà telefonicamente la Direzione del Campeggio; in difetto di ciò l’unità prenotata sarà tenuta libera fino alle ore 15:00 del giorno successivo e non oltre.
• L’importo per tutto il periodo prenotato, dovrà essere corrisposto anche nei casi di arrivi ritardati o di partenze anticipate.
• Le dotazioni ed attrezzature accessorie sono elencate in inventario esposto nell’alloggio . In caso di rottura o smarrimento il cliente deve rimborsare il valore in denaro. Riparazioni e sostituzioni sono esclusivo compito della direzione.
• I costi di pulizia finale non sono compresi nella tariffa di soggiorno. Alla partenza l‘unità abitativa dovrà essere lasciata in ordine, i piatti lavati, il pavimento spazzato e la spazzatura gettata.
• In caso contrario verranno addebitate le pulizie finali di € 50,00. In caso di pagamento delle pulizie finali, la spazzatura dovrà comunque essere gettata.
• Per le Crystal Lodge Roy, Maxi-caravan Chalet Roy verrà applicato un costo obbligatorio di disinfezione di € 30,00. Per le Coco Roy, verrà applicato un costo obbligatorio di disinfezione e pulizia finale di € 50,00.
• Per le Coco Sweet verrà applicato un costo obbligatorio di pulizia finale di € 30,00.
• La conferma definitiva dell’ordine di prenotazione costituisce accettazione delle condizioni di prenotazione.
• Il Listino prezzi, il regolamento interno del campeggio e il regolamento cani sono parte integrante delle presenti “condizioni di prenotazione”.

Our reservation’s office always take your preference into consideration and if possible will try to meet your wish. By booking we guarantee the pitch, the type of accommodation and the period of your stay, but not the number. The pitch number and the number of the booked unit will be assigned only at the beginning of your stay.
CANCELLATION PITCHES ON RESERVATIONIf you wish to cancel a booking of a Pitch/Super pitch on reservation (€ 200,00 - € 250,00) you will be entitled to 80% reimbursement of the deposit, provided that cancellation (by letter, fax or e-mail) reaches Europa Camping Village at least 30 days before the date of arrival; 20% shall be retains as penalty. No reimbursement shall be paid to cancellations of booking during the 29 days before the beginning of the stay or the event of failure to arrive.
CANCELLATION ACCOMMODATIONSGuests who cancel their booking only have the right to a refund for the deposit paid (30% of the full amount of the reservation) if written notification is sent to EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE via letter, fax or email at least 30 days before the date of arrivals stated on their booking. EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE will nonetheless have the right to retain the sum of € 100,00 to cover reservation costs. Guests who cancel their booking with written notification sent to EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE between 29 days and 15 days before date of arrival stated on their booking have the right to a refund of 50% of the deposit paid. The remaining 50% with a minimum amount of € 100,00 will be retained by EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE as penalty. Guest who cancel their booking with written notification sent to

LOST AND FOUND PROPERTYProperty lost on the campsite or forgotten and found in the apartments will be kept in the lost property office until the campsite closes. The owners can collect it from the lost property office directly or delegate someone else. We do not deliver.

Lodge/Crystal Lodge Roy/Coral Lodge/Crystal Deluxe/Ecolife Unit/Freed-Home/Ecolife House will be ready for occupation from 05.00 p.m.- on the arrival day and must be vacated before 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. The pitch will be ready for the occupation from 03.00 p.m. on the arrival day and must be vacated before 12.00 (noon) on the day of departure. The private toilet will be ready for the occupation from 05.00 p.m. on the arrival day and must be vacated before 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• No animals are admitted except for the Crystal Lodge Roy, Maxi-caravan Chalet Europa Roy and Coco Roy.
• The occupation of a pitch or accommodation in a dog area determines the mandatory payment of the dog fee for the entire duration of the stay.
• In case of late arrival please inform the staff of the campsite by telephone otherwise the accommodation or the pitch will be held over until 03.00 p.m. next day at latest.
• The full amount must be paid for the entire period reserved even in the event of late arrival or earlier departure.
• Each accommodation is provided with equipment and accessories list. In case of loss or breakages guest must refund the damage. Remplacements and repairs are reserved to the management.
• Final cleaning is not included if the accommodation is not clean at the departure (the dishes washed, the floor swept and the garbage thrown), the client will be charged with cleaningcosts (€ 50,00). In case of the payment of the cleaning costs, the garbage has in any case to be thrown.
• For the Crystal Lodge Roy and Maxi-caravan Chalet Europa Roy compulsory disinfection’s charge € 30,00. For the Coco Roy compulsory disinfection and cleaning charge € 50,00. For the Coco sweet compulsory cleaning charge € 30,00.
• The final reservation implies the tacit acceptance of the above mentioned terms.
• Price list, camping rules and camping rules for dogs form an integral part of these “Booking Conditions”.

RÜCKTRITT VON DER BUCHUNG STELLPLÄTZE AUF RESERVIERUNG Falls eine Reservierung storniert wird und dies der Campingleitung per Brief, Fax oder E-mail 30 Tage vor der geplanten Ankunft mitgeteilt wird, hat der Gast Anrecht auf die Rückerstattung von 80% der geleisteten Anzahlung (€ 200,00); 20% werden entschädigungshalber einbehalten. Keine Rückerstattung erfolgt bei Absage während der 29 Tage vor Beginn des Aufenthalts oder bei Nichtankunft.

Tag vor Beginn des vereinbarten Ankunftstermins schriftlich dem EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE übermittelt, hat das Recht auf die Rückerstattung
von 50% des geleisteten Kautionsbetrages. Die verbleibenden 50%, mit einem Mindestbetrag von € 100,00, werden vom EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE als Stornogebühren einbehalten. Der Gast, der seine Rücktrittserklärung in den letzten 14 Tagen vor Beginn des vereinbarten Ankunftstermins schriftlich dem to EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE übermittelt oder gar nicht anreist, hat keinerlei Recht auf Rückerstattung. An EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE behält in diesem Fall die gesamte geleistete Kaution als Stornogebühren ein.
VERLORENE UND GEFUNDENE GEGENSTÄNDEDie auf dem Campingplatz verlorenen oder in den Uterkünften liegen gelassenen und gefundenen Gegenstände werden bis zum Saisonende im Fundbüro aufbewahrt. Die Eigentümer können sie selbst abholen oder jemanden beauftragen, sie am Schalter abzuholen. Eine Zusendung ist nicht möglich.
• Die Coco Sweet/Coco Roy/Europa/Europa Roy/Bungalow/Crystal Lodge/Crystal Lodge Roy/Coral Lodge/Crystal Deluxe/Ecolife Unit/Freed-Home/Ecolife House: ab 17.00 Uhr des Anreisetages zur Verfügung gestellt und muss vor 10.00 Uhr am Abreisetag geräumt werden. Der Stellplatz wird dem mieter ab 15.00 Uhr des Anreisetages zur Verfügung gestellt und muss vor 12.00 Uhr am Abreisetag geräumt werden. Das Privatbadezimmer wird dem Mieter ab 17.00 Uhr des Anreisetages zur Verfügung gestellt und muss vor 11.00 Uhr am Abreisetag geräumt werden.
• In den gemieteten Unterkünfte sind Tiere nicht zugelassen mit Ausnahme der Crystal Lodge Roy, Maxi Caravan Chalet Europa Roy un Coco Roy.
• Die Belegung eines Stellplatzes oder einer Wohneinheit in einem Hundebereich bestimmt die obligatorische Zahlung der Hundegebühr für die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthalts.
• Sollte der Gast am gebuchten tag spät oder gar nicht ankommen, verständigt er rechtzeitig die Campingverwaltung; anderenfalls wird die Wohnung oder der Stellplatz bis spätestens 15.00 Uhr des nächsten Tages freigehalten und dann weitervermietet.
• Wird eine Unterkunft oder ein reservierter Stellplatz verspätet bezogen oder wird der Auftenhalt, aus welchem Grund auch immer vorzeitig beendet, muss in jedem Fall der gesamte Zeitraum der Reservierung bezahlt werden.
• Die Einrichtungsgegenstände sind in der Inventarliste der Wohnung eingetragen. Im Falle von Beschädigung oder Verlust ist der Kunde gehalten den gegen wer zu bezahlen.
• Reparaturen und Wiederversorgungen dürfen nur von der Direktion vorgenommen werden .
• Die Endreinigung ist in der Aufenthaltsgebühr nicht inbegriffen. Wenn die Unterkunft bei der Abfahrt nicht sauber ist (Geschirr gewaschen, Boden gewaschen, Müll geworfen), werden Reinigungskosten berechnet (€ 50,00). Bei einer Endreinigung muss auf jeden Fall der Müll geworfen werden.
• Für die Crystal Lodge Roy und Maxi Caravan Chalet Europa Roy obligatorische Desinfektion Spesen € 30,00.
• Für die Coco Roy obligatorische Desinfektion und Reiningungskosten € 50,00.
• Für die Coco Sweet obligatorische Reinigungkosten € 30,00.• Bei der endgültigen Buchungbestätigung erklärt sich der
Gast mit den o.e. Bedingungen einverstanden.• Der Preiseliste, die Campinordung und Campingordung für
die Hunde sind Bestandteil dieser “Buchungsbedigungen”.• Mindestalter 16 Jahre, um die Fitness, Wellness bereich seit 18
Jahren zuzugreifen.
