    Market Oriented Reforms in 1991 became the turning point in the history

    ofequity market in India

    The Reforms empowered SEBI and made an openingforFIIs in the

    Indian economy.

    NSE formed in 1994 first introduced a fully automated screen based

    trading tofacilitate investors all across India

    This service was called as NEAT - NATIONAL EXCHANGE FOR

    AUTOMATED TRADING.

    In India two prominent Stock exchanges are :

    BOMBAY STOCK EXCHANGE , MUMBAI (BSE)

    There is no such system at Religare , however, there is an addendumwhich is

    to be signed at the time ofaccount opening in case ofonline trading.

    ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES

    INTERPRETATION OF THE GRAPH

    Among the companies under study, Religare has minimum account maintaining charges

    ofRs 250 annually whereas India bulls has Rs 300 which is taken after 2nd yearof

    account opening.

    ICICI direct has highest account maintenance charges ofRs 500 taken annually.

    Share khan direct has fixed Rs 500 as mandatory for accessing its

    account for its customers whereas there is no such obligation in other

    companies like Religare.

    ICICI direct has fixed Rs 5000 as minimum balance in trading account

    while its not required in other companies like Religare.

    Religare is pr oviding maximum exposure to its clients i.e., 10 times in

    intraday & two times at delivery.

    Religare has minimum account maintaining charges of Rs.250 whileICICI direct has maximum ofRs.500.
