RESULTS AND FINDINGS Cause of increasing cardiac and diabetic disease is

Lack of awareness among patients and patient’s inadequate education.

Combination therapy is preferred most for Cardio-diabetic patient.

Doctors some time lack in knowledge of drugs . Practitioner also take care of combination drugs for

cardio-diabetic patients. Quality is the first preference of doctors while

referring the brand of medicines. Practitioners need consultancy of Pharma-Company

representators time to time.
