NOTE: The below terms apply to everyone wishing to place an order with MOAFRIKA. The terms will not be compromised anyhow by anyone including all

MOAFRIKA employees and Ambassadors. Read carefully.

P L A C I N G O R D E R

1. No order will be processed without 50% deposit or full payment. NOTE: the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

2. The processing of orders starts on every tuesday and friday, if you place order before or after mentioned days, bear in mind that your order will only start processing on the mentioned days.

3. Our order processing take between 7 to 14 days excluding deliveries days. If there is any delay, your sales assistance will inform you.

4. No change of colour, size or item during the processing stage,that can only be possible if the order hasn’t reach processing stage, Check with your sales assistance for progress andpossibilities of change.

5. NO EXCHANGE OF ORDER. If you are not satified with our product and wish to return, make sure to return it in same condition as recieved. packaged with the receipt inside. Delivery is your responsiblity, your refund will be processed within 7 days after recieving the package.

6. FOR DRESS: Note that our dresses are slim fit and short, pleasemake sure to send picture of yourself when you order either GolfDress or Traditional GolfDress.

7. Do not make payment into anyone’s account except MOAFRIKA account provided on the next page as MOAFRIKA will not be held responsible if there isany loss or delay of order placing.

1. MOAFRIKA uses PAXI (PEP Store courier platform) for all deliveries to customers unless special courier requested by client.

2. Additional fee of R50 for delivery of at least 5 to 7 days will be charged or R100 for agent/express delivery.

3. Its customer’s responsiblity for delivery fee unless you are not far from our sales agents, then you can arrange where to meet.

4. Your order/item will be dropped to the courier immediately after processing, it’s important to provide us with your nearest shopping centre or mall when placing order. Make sure there is a PEP store in that particular shopping centre or mall.

5. NOTE: Not all shopping centre or malls having PAXI courier platform, provide us with alternative delivery point in case your nearest shopping centre is not covered by PAXI.

6. After our sales agent confirm delivery of your order to the courier. Request Parcel number to track your order.

7. PIN for your parcel number will be shared with you immediately after the order gets to destination.
