    Findings:1. 100% of the respondents are getting the on the job training.

    2. 50% of the respondents are aware with the Job responsibility.

    3. 40% of the sample size reveals that qualification is animportant factor in the process of Recruitment and Selection.

    4. Talent corner hr Pvt. Ltd recruit less technical and qualified

    candidates as compare to their required job.

    5. Employee reference scheme not used as a means inrecruitment and selection.

    6. Psycho metric test and competency mapping can not be

    effectively used.

    Conclusion:y Recruitment is most crucial part of any Organization & it needs to be done

    with utmost care, Sincerity, dedication and by using the expertise of theright people.

    y

    it is essential to recruit people with requisite skills, qualification andexperience. While doing so we need to keep present and future requirementsof company in mind.

    y to recruit only the best candidates who would suit the corporate culture,ethics and climate specific to the organisation.

    y Personal interaction to understand the efficiency of the recruitment process.

    y The key skill of a recruitment consultant is to meet the needs of both theclient and the candidate to ensure the best mutual fit.

    y Making the whole procedure as open as possible, to ensure that allcandidates understand why decisions have been taken and, where they wish,to obtain meaningful feedback.

    Limitations:1. Collecting information from people during the working hours

    was difficult.

    2. Some employees did not have in depth knowledge about theirwork and were not able to give relevant information.

    3. Most of the employees were hesitant in giving frank opinions

    and answer during personal interview.

    4. Time constraint is one of the limiting factors.

    5. They can only succeed in the context of a well-defined

    corporate and staffing strategy.
