BHS student academic registration will not be available online. Refer to the summer school program of studies for

more information.

Summer School Registration

How Do I Register My Student? Registration requests and payments may be

submitted on paper to the appropriate summer school location between April 2 and May 31 Elementary Summer School – Grove Elementary Middle Summer School – Station Middle School BHS Summer Camps – BHS (opens April 22)

Parents may submit student registration and payment via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal between April 2 and May 31

BHS Academic Courses – registration has been completed and payments should be completed between April 5 and April 12.

Middle SS will be held at Prairie MS but all paperwork is to be submitted to Station MS.

Who Has Access to the Infinite Campus Portal? All Barrington D220 parents should have a portal

How Do I Know My Student’s Summer Registration Is Complete? All accepted requests do not guarantee a seat in the requested

course or camp. Course/camp requests will be processed and fees assessed

within 48 hours of the portal request and can be viewed on the portal under the Summer School Schedule and Fee menus options after that time.

To guarantee a seat within the course/camp fees must be paid within the following 48 hours. Fees can be paid via the portal by selecting the Payment menu option.

Check your student’s Summer School Schedule and Fee menu options on the portal to confirm your request and payment has been completed.

Review the 3 Step Registration Process Log in to the Parent Portal once to request the class and/or

camp Log in to the Parent Portal 48 hours later to pay the fees

associated with the scheduled class and/or camp Log in to the Parent Portal 24 hours later to confirm the

Summer School Schedule shows student enrolled into the requested course and/or camps

Parents without access to the Parent Portal may bring completed registration forms and payments to the appropriate school. Search for the Course / Camp

Enter a specific course name or click Go and view all available courses. Click on the name of the course to be selected. Remember, different course/camp options are listed under different calendars. Confirm you have selected the appropriate calendar and course.

Request the Course or Camp

Click Request this Course to register a student for the selected course. Please do not click Request as an Alternate. Doing so would delay your student’s registration!

What Happens Next? The student’s registration request is complete. It is now okay to log off of the parent portal. Check back 48 hours later to view a schedule and

pay fees.

Summer School Schedules will be updated to reflect course adds/drops until the start of summer school. Unpaid fees may result in students being dropped from classes.

Student in this example is currently scheduled into the courses listed above. Next step is to go to payments and pay summer school fees to complete the summer school registration. The Summer School Schedule menu option does not appear UNTIL a student’s request has been confirmed which could be up to 48 hours later.

View/Print Fees Go to the parent portal Select the student View Fees

A copy of the fee statement can be printed here for your records. If payment will be submitted by check, please print the statement and send to the appropriate summer school with your check.

Pay Fees Online Choose Payments and enter the amount to be paid, then click Continue to complete your payment. Prompts for completing a payment will vary depending upon method of payment and if this will be the first payment a user processes in Infinite Campus.

Need Help With the Parent Portal? QUESTION: I’ve never logged into the parent portal.

What do I do?

ANSWER: Letters containing the user activation key have been mailed to parents who have never accessed the parent portal. Instructions for accessing the portal are included in the letter.
