Half-day Saturday Camps $550(2.5 hours)

Exam Prep Camp: Cambridge Starters $5,400(2.5 hours, 3 times per week for 4 weeks)

PAYMENT

Tuition fees are payable when you submit the enrolment form. Places cannot be confirmed until full payment is received.

OFFERS Early bird discounts apply as follows• 25% discount on or before 30 April 2013 • 15% discount on or before 31 May 2013

Multiple enrolment discounts apply from 1 June 2013• 5% discount on total tuition fees when enrolling on two workshops in one transaction• 10% discount on total tuition fees when enrolling on three or more workshops in one transactionSiblings can register together and enjoy this offer.

If you wish to make any changes to a confirmed enrolment, there is a $20 administration fee. Changes can only be made based on class availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are unable to give cash refunds for workshops under any circumstances.

If you provide at least 14 days written notice before aworkshop starts, we will credit the full amount back to your account, and you may use this at a later date. Alternatively, you can select another child of the appropriate age to attend the workshop.

ENROLMENT

You can return the completed enrolment form to us by mail, fax, or email. We must receive the original form with full payment within 48 hours or the reservation will be cancelled. You may also enrol in person at the centre offering your chosen workshop.

WAITLIST

We will put your child on the waitlist if the workshop you request is full.

MAKE-UP CLASSES

We cannot offer make-ups for missed classes.

ENFORCED CLOSURES

There are no classes if the warnings for black rain or typhoon signal number 8 or higher are raised. We use our discretion as to whether a class will run if the warnings for red rain or typhoon signal number 3 are in place. Please call us to confirm classes at these times. We are not able to arrange make-up classes for these or other enforced closures beyond our control.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

During our longer summer camps, we provide children with a drink and a snack. You may wish to provide your child with their own snack. Please let us know if you child has any food allergies.
