• Our goal is to be your “one-stop shop.” We possess the equipment and the innovative know-how to guide you through the entire production process, from basic concepts to production, packaging and then fulfillment of your displays.

• In terms of machinery and production, our capabilities include CNC routers, laser cutting and etching, table saw, vacuum forming, wire, metal, woodwork, and more.

CNC ROUTERSSunbelt Displays has three 3-Axis CNC’s, two with 5x10 sheet size capability and one with 4x8 sheet size capability. Our routers can rout a variety of materials from acrylic to wood with a range of material thickness.


LASER CUTTING & ETCHING


Using our Coherent OMNIBEAM laser cutting machine we can cut material up to an inch thickness. Additionally, if your display needs entail the intricacy of laser etching, we can easily accomplish this process as well.

ACRYLIC AND PLASTIC FABRICATIONWe have the equipment, techniques, and skilled labor to achieve any and all looks, based on your display needs. Our fabrication department works with a wide variety of acrylic and plastic substrates.

DIGITAL GRAPHICS AND PRINTING• Sunbelt Displays offers

digital printing with our AGFA Jeti Titan HS

• Direct-to-substrate printing (acrylic, Komatex, styrene, foamcore, vinyls, paper, wood and other materials) up to 2’’ in thickness

When Sony charged us with the task of designing an eye-catching (and operational!) “dunk tank” display, our designers and engineers went to work…

During the process of transforming a concept into an actual display that meets your needs, challenges arise. At Sunbelt Displays, we pride ourselves in our ability to solve these various challenges and, ultimately, create eye-catching, and cost-effective displays that will help better merchandize your products.

…As for the “dunk tank” display, after several months of planning, prototyping, experimentation, and finally, production & assembly, we ultimately designed and produced a sleek and fully-functioning display (pictured on right) that is now used in retail stores nationwide.

Client: The Pantry

Scope of Services:- Conceptualization of a free-standing, revolving display that could merchandise multiple brands- Drawing and 3D renderings of the display for presentation to the buyers- Problem-solving and coordination with individual brand managers- Manufacture and fabrication of the displays on a timely basis to meet store reset dates- Packaging and fulfillment to hundreds of individual store locations

Project Size: Regional – displays shipped to Kangaroo convenience stores throughout the South (North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida).

Project Overview:The Pantry owns and operates convenience stores – most notably Kangaroo – throughout the Southeast. They wanted a stand-alone floor display with enough space to merchandize e-cigarettes from multiple companies. In addition to the cost of the display, ease of delivery and assembly was a big concern. Through multiple design options and prototyping, Sunbelt Displays was able to create a light weight, yet durable display that not only met The Pantry’s budget but also allowed for as much merchandising space as possible. The display was designed in such a way that it could ship knocked down flat (KDF) and be assembled onsite and ship via ground rather than a much more costly LTL freight shipment. Through its relationship with FedEx, Sunbelt negotiated a special shipping rate to further reduce costs for The Pantry. Sunbelt Displays coordinated with The Pantry’s merchandising teams and with FedEx to ensure that displays were delivered in a very tight time frame prior to specific store reset dates.

Client: Ballantyne Brands Scope of Services:- Designed and manufactured counter top display cases to hold Ballantyne’s Mistic E-Cig brand- Incorporated digital printing of graphics for various brands on the display- Flexibility to produce desired quantity of units with short lead-time, in order to assist client in meeting their needs in a fast-paced, growing market

Project Size: National – National distribution to convenience store chains such as Hess, CEFCO, Pine State Trading Co., and Circle K

Features:- Countertop display made of acrylic. Display was designed to hold as much product as possible while still maintaining a small footprint to meet store space.- Digitally printed sides and insertable graphic in front to grab attention and merchandize various products- Clear acrylic shelving to hold and merchandize e-cigs, open back for restocking and sale of product

Project Overview:Ballantyne Brands needed a cost-effective merchandising solution for their Mistic e-cigarette products. Sunbelt Displays worked with Ballantyne to design a uniquely shaped acrylic display that incorporated adequate merchandizing space inside as well as digitally printed signage on the sides of the display to further advertise the Mistic brand. In order to achieve digital print that truly popped, Sunbelt incorporated vinyl decals as well as an extruded PVC insert. As Ballantyne continues to penetrate the ever growing e-cigarette market, Sunbelt has successfully and promptly fabricated and produced these displays in large quantities to meet very quick lead-times. As volume increases, the displays and packaging are being redesigned to both lower costs and improve production times.
