Dears, Masters and Instructors,

We are proud to inform You that the “Taekwon-do Center asd M.Caiazzo” (Master Carmine Caiazzo – Italian

Taekwon-do ITF Federation President) in collaboration with ASI (Italian Sport Alleance. Promotional Sport corporate body recognzed by National IOC) is organizing the OPEN TOURNAMENT ASI TAEKWONDO ITF “THE ANXUR

BATTLE" on Sunday 5 th of April 2020 in the sport hall “PALACARUCCI” Terracina (LT) Road “Viale Europa”

The tournament is open to competitors from 6 years old divided into Chicks (6-7 years), Dragons (8-9 years), Kids (10-

11 years), Cadets (12-14 years), Juniores (15-17 years), Seniores (18-36 years). If it’s required a division for veterans (36 years and older) the organization can do it. The organization may add other categories if necessary. The competition includes Pattern and Sparring Competion and it’s just an Individuals event. F.I.tae. I.T.F. rules will be

applied.

The organization reserves the possibility to carry out random checks for each club regarding weight and height.

We request maximum cooperation with the coaches to verify divisions and categories of their athletes. Ascertain about

the real category of own competitors.

A nice holiday for competitors, officials and family members is guaranteed.

Many low budget flights from alla over Europe fly to Rome Ciampino, Rome Fiumicino or Naples Airport.

II Registration-check in –award cerimony

Enrollment cost in INDIVIDUALS is 30,00 € for each competitor. (For one o for both specialities).

Shall be paid in the sports hall Sunday during check-in and registration . Sunday 5 th of April 2020 to the secretary in

the Sport Hall “Palacarucci” Terracina(LT) Road “Viale Europa”

A test weight check could be done for each one for any Club.

Registration will be held by on the online portal http://handlesport.com

Dead line :29 th March 2020 .Hour: 11.00 p.m.

Awards

The awards ceremony will be held at the end of the competition for each respective category.

The Head of the Over All Club winner will gain a Trophy and a free accomodation in a Four Stars Hotel in

Terracina for two persons.

Only the 1st place winners of the Black Belt Junior and Senior sparring categories are allowed to enter the Grand

Champion competition. Male Grand Champion competition will be divided into:

Male – 70 kg 1st place trophy, Nikko sport Training equipment and a money award depending on the number of participants Male + 70 kg

All participants must have the medical insurance coverage for sports year updated.

IV Rules –Umpires – Coaches

FITAE / I.T.F. rules will be applied ; any change will be communicated during the umpires meeting .They shall wear in official way.Training suit and towel for the coaches.

The Championship Organization declines every responsability on eventual damage to things or persons also coming

from lack of the necessary medical controls of competitors.

Up to the date 5 th of March 2020 the organization is able for to resolve the visas problems.

Any School/Club/Gym must participate with Umpire(s) according to the following:Up to 3 competitors: 0 Umpire / More than 3 competitors:1 UmpireSchool/Club/Gyms that do not participate with a requested Umpire shall pay ,

with no exception - the amount of 50 € for the missing Umpire.

VII How arrive at Terracina

From Rome:

by car take the SS 148 Pontina, the SS Appia and the Autostrada del Sole A1 until the tollbooth

Frosinone exiting; by train there is the rail road line Terracina – Roma Termini from Terracina Station

and the railroad line Napoli – Roma Termini.

In this case you must get off at Monte San Biagio Station, where there is a bus service for Terracina.

The coaches run every 45 minutes and take 25 minutes.

From Naples:

By car take the S.S. Flacca until Formia, then head further on the highway Formia-Cassino and the

S.S. Domiziana. Then take the Autostrada del Sole A1 until the tollbooth exiting of Frosinone;

By train there is the railroad line Roma Termini – Napoli.
