ELKS LIVE AUCTION
NOVEMBER 8th and 9th will be the live 2 day C.C.C. Elks Live Auction! This is a great event that very few Lodges do LIVE! I am encouraging the membership to make this year a huge success. I know we usually ask all our great local businesses to donate items but this year but I would love to see some donations offered by the members as well. I have personally donated the gum machine full of cash every year and will continue this year as well. So if you know of any employers, friends, family members, or yourself that would like to donate an item, cash, or gift card we would greatly appreciate it. This event is what Elks are all about!
In conclusion, the Lodge activities are going great. We still offer food nights on Wednesdays and Thursday nights along with meals on the Gun Raffle Night. We have a lot of great events in October thru December on the books so come on up and be part of this great Lodge!
Thanks! Matt Dammerman

SEPTEMBER IS HERE ALREADY??It doesn’t seem possible that fall and the 43rd annual Children’s Care auction is just around the corner! Members have been out soliciting since June/July and items are beginning to come in! There are still LOTS of cards behind the bar waiting for a kind soul to choose them! PLEASE consider helping us out! We would sure appreciate it!We are hoping to have all items in the club so that photos can be taken on October 7th and/or 14th. We want the ad to go to the newspaper by October 21st and the website to go live by October 28th. Set up will again be the Sunday prior, November 4th at 1pm. (Once again, we will need plenty of strong, manly muscles to help raise those curtains!) The auction will go live November 8th and 9th! Pick up times will be Thursday and Friday evenings after the auction and from 10am until 2pm on Saturday. Any items not picked up during Saturday hours will go to the next bidder. As always, feel free to contact myself or any committee member with any questions! “And we thank you for your support!”
Fraternally yours,Renee Crivilare – 618-322-1470
