In fact, almost everyone we met on our journey asked us to give you their greetings and their thanks for making our trip to Ghana possible. Isn’t it wonderful to know that we have faithful brethren all over the world who also love God and who are busy about His work? Thanks be to God that brother Brent and I made it home safely. It was so exciting to arrive back in Springfield last Friday around 1:20 p.m. What a blessing it was to see family at the airport and to be able to again be back at home with family and friends. It was also exciting to see all of my church family on Sunday. Sometimes, when we are away for a while we realize just how blessed we are and just how much we have to be thankful for in this life. Our God truly loves us and cares for us as His faithful children. It was also great to have a potluck on Sunday. It was nice to taste some “regular” food and to enjoy the fellowship of my brethren. We had a good crowd which stayed for the potluck. It is a true blessing to be a part of such a loving and active family for God. We were also blessed Sunday with a great response to our 5 th Sunday contribution. We almost doubled our weekly budget. Thank you all for your commitment to God and the good work that goes on here at Kansas Expressway. I also would like to say that our trip to Ghana was very prosper- ous. We were able to accomplish a lot for God and thankfully we had a healthy and safe journey while there. I look forward to giving a full report on the work very soon. Possibly even this coming Sunday evening if the power point is ready. Anyway, we were blessed to see some baptized, as well as others restored. We also were able to encourage many of the faithful brethren who had special prayer re- quests and needs. Finally, let me say that it will be good to gather this coming Lord’s day for Worship. Until then, always put God first and you will never regret it. May God bless us all as we strive daily to do His Will. *Ray Sullins*
