ABOUT ECC CHILDREN’S MINISTRY • All classes are instructed in English.

• If your child is unable to communicate adequately in English, he/she will find these classes too challenging. We advise you

to attend a suitable church.

• We recommend that parents don’t place their children in Sunday School simply as a means of learning English.

• As this is indeed a labor of love from all our volunteers, we strongly encourage that while your children are with us, you

would join our ‘larger church family’ and attend our church services. By doing this you will share in our vision and ministry

to your children.

• Please encourage your child to use the toilet before Sunday School begins. This will minimize any disturbances during class.

• Parent pick up cards will be handed to parent/guardian of preschool teams at registration.

• Registration starts 10 minutes before the service.

• Once a child leaves Sunday School the child’s safety and care is the responsibility of the parents.

• Children will need to be picked up promptly straight after church.

• We do not encourage any children to leave the class half way through, unless parents have pre-arranged it with the teachers.

• Photos/videos may be taken of the children for Evangelical Community Church promotional purposes.

In the event of an emergency, if I cannot be reached, I authorize first aid and/or medical treatment for this child and I release

Evangelical Community Church from any and all responsibility in connection therewith.
