SUPER BRAIN YOGA
a simple exercise to maximize brain power!

IntroductionA simple beneficial exercise. Does not involve any strange body twists or turns, yet works wonders for the brain.
Especially benefits hyperactive children and teens, senile people, people with autism and other related disorders like ADHD, ADD etc.
Benefits all who want a sharper mind for a lifetime with an investment of only three minutes per day.
The results have been empirically proven by professionals
1Preferably face East…. Not mandatory
2Roll you tongue in the inward direction and press it firmly towards the roof of your mouth.
3Raise your left arm in front of you. Important, left arm first.
4Fold at the elbow and reach for your right earlobe
5Hold your right earlobe with your left hand so that the thumb is on the outside and two fingers are on the inside, behind the ear
6Extend your right arm in front of you
7Fold at the elbow and reach for your left ear lob. The right arm will cross over the above the left one.
8Position your thumb and forefinger in the same manner as on right earlobe.
9Now, inhale deeply and simultaneously squat down gently to a sitting position , with your arms as above. No chair required, just squat. If you can go down almost to floor level, that is best.
10If possible, hold the position for two or three seconds. Exhale gently and rise to standing position as your are exhaling.
11Inhale as you go down, exhale as you come up. Repeat
12More than seven cycles is not recommended..
13End of seventh cycle, leave your arms loose by your sides and disconnect tongue from roof of mouth.
