We received our newest beehive tenants last week on 5/24! Our rooftop apiary has three beehives where our beekeepers, City Bee Savers, maintain and care for the bees.
This is one of many sustainability initiatives the building has taken on to help the environment.
Did you know? • The bees on our roof will travel up to a
3.5-mile radius to pollinate!• Each beehive will accumulate 40-60 lbs. or
surplus honey.• Honeybees account for 80% of all pollination
done by insects.• 1/3 of food is pollination dependent.

South Riverside Plaza. The locker rooms offer day lockers and spa quality amenities such as towel service and steam showers. Vanity areas are stocked with toiletries.
$50 annual fitness center membership is available to all building tenants.

Open Books - Book Donation Drive Open Books provides transformative programs to more than 5,000 students every year. Each donation helps by providing money to the cause and assists in providing book grants by giving away the donations to those in need. Sales of donated books help support literacy programs for K-12 students across Chicago.
The donation bin will be located near the Lobby Console starting June 18th to July 16th.
