If you have many instances of Jira in your organization, you may be interested in the topic of the Federation. Out of the box you can connect several separate instances with the Applinks where you link tickets but not synchronize them. Issue Sync takes Federation to the next level. It lets you to exchange data between many Jira instances, such as comments, attachments, creating and updating fields, as well as changing workflow statuses in real time.

Take care of your support team
Setting assignees for tasks is what you probably do on a regular basis. Therefore you
may know that the team members’ details you can see in the task are usually full names
and email addresses. Working in a large company, it’s impossible to know everyone’s
departments, locations or telephone numbers. Fortunately, you can obtain additional
information from users’ accounts in your Azure Active Directory.
In Jira Cloud, connecting to any user directory is possible only with the addition of
Atlassian Access. However, you can still manage to grab the attributes from Azure
AD using Azure AD Attributes for Jira.

Improve the information flow
The app adds a dedicated panel displaying attributes of the reporter or the assignee to Jira issues and Jira Service Desk requests. Opening your tasks or requests later, you‘ll find the users’ attributes on the right side of the screen.
You can choose which attributes to display on this panel.
Configuring the connection is as simple as providing just three parameters: Directory ID, Application ID, and the Client secret.

As an Astronaut I can eat, drink, and use various kinds of onboard shuttle equipment
in an antigravity capsule for 2 hours, so I could be sure that I'm able to survive in
