San Diego, CA 279,000 square-foot, 12-story residential tower and low-rise sustainable apartment buildings. The project includes a retail component and on-campus accommodations for 800 students.

Byrd Stadium - University of Maryland

41,000-seat stadium renovation with a new 5-story pressbox and concession areas; a 46,000 SF athletic training and administrative facility and an addition of 14,000 seats to the upper deck with two concourse levels including concessions and restroom facilities
