The cells contain abundant clear or eosinophilic cytoplasm with well-defined cell borders. The nucleus are large (more than 21/2-3 times the size of lymphocyte), round, and centrally located, with uniform nuclear membrane, smooth chromatin, prominent eosinophilic nucleolus and often perinucleolar clearing (C, 400x, D, 600x).
