Supplications for Tahajjud1. Aaysha (Radi Allahu anha) narrated that Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) used to recite the following supplications at the time of Tahajjud, before making wado.

$ح&م$د &ل لله ا x10 &ر$ الله $ب &ك ا x10

$حان ب 4ح&م$د4ه4 و الله س1 ب x10$حان ب 4ك4 س1 $م&ل $ق1د9و$س ال ال x10&غ$ف4ر1 ت &س$ الله ا x10

الله اال اله ال x10&لله1م? &ع1وذ1 ا 4ك& ا $ق4 م4ن$ ب $يا ض4ي $ق4 و الدKن &و$م ض4ي 4قيام&ة ي ال x10

Allahumma Inni A'auzubika Min Dheeqid Duniya wa Dheeqi Yaumal Qiyaama

(Allah I seek your refuge from the uneasiness of the world and of the Day of Judgment).

2.Ibn 'Abbas (Radhi Allahu Anhu)said: When the Prophet (peace be upon him) got up at night to offer the night prayer (Tahajjud), he used to say(during the salah):

Translation of above Dua:

Narrated by Ibn 'Abbas (Radhi Allahu Anhu): When the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alayhi wa Sallam) got up at night to offer the night prayer (Tahajjud), he used to say: "Allahumma laka-l-hamdu; Anta nuras-samawati wal ardi wa min fihinna. Wa laka-l-hamdu; Anta qaiyim as-samawati wal ardi wa man fihinna. Wa laka-l-hamdu; Anta-l-,haqqun, wa wa'daka haqqun, wa qauluka haqqun, wa liqauka haqqun, wal-jannatu haqqun, wannaru haqqun, was-sa atu haqqun, wan-nabiyyuna huqqun, Mahammadun haqqun.

" (O Allah! All Praises are for you; You are the light of the heavens and the earth

and whatever is in them, and all Praises are for You, You are the One, Who looks after the heavens and the earth and whatever is in them, and all Praises are for You, You are the Truth and Your Promise is true, and Your sayings are true and Your meeting is true, and Paradise is true, Hell is true and the Hour is true and the Prophets are true, and Muhammad (Sallallahu 'Alayhi wa Sallam) is true. 

Allahumma laka aslamtu, wa Alaika tawakkaltu, wa bika amantu, wa ilaika anabtu, wa bika Khasamtu, wa ilaika hakamtu, faghfirli ma qaddamtu wa ma akh-khartu, wa ma asrartu, wa ma a'lantu. Anta al-muqaddimu, wa anta al-mu-'akhkhiru. La ilaha il-la anta (or La ilaha ghairuka)

O Allah! I surrender myself to You, and I depend on You and I believe in You and I turn in repentance to You and in Your cause I dispute, and with Your orders I rule, please forgive my past and my future sins and whatever I have done in secret and whatever I have done in public. You are the One Who makes the things go before and You are the One Who delays them. None has the right to be worshipped but You. (or: None has the right to be worshipped other than You.) (Al-Bukhari)
