Kloeckner Westok is able to offer Cambered and Asymmetric

beams cut to length, drilled, notched and scribed using our

bespoke Saw & Drill Line.

We can provide Westok beams over-long, partially processed,

fully fabricated or full fabricated and painted, in grade S355 or

S460, CE marked to EXC-4.

TUBE LASER CUTTING

We offer customers complete in-house solutions with our

extensive tube laser processing portfolio which gives us the

ability to process parts up to 355mm in diameter and weight

up to 100kg/m. Fast and efficient 2D & 3D laser cutting in

combination with our expertise and know-how give customers

the opportunity to innovate and gain competitive advantage.

PROFILING

We offer High Definition Plasma and Oxy-fuel Profiling

processes which are supported by dedicated CAD operations

and a quality function that enables us to fulfil the most

demanding or complex requirements.

FLAT BED LASER

Our extensive flat laser facilities offer the latest technology in

both fiber cutting and CO2 processing up to 4000mm length

and 2000mm width. We can carry out large volume and small

batch profiling and ensure any material used is fully traceable

and comes with mill certificates when required.

BENDING

Part of our value added services also includes precision bending

/ pressing of material into bespoke 3 dimensional shapes. By

using our Bystronic Xpert 320 / 4100 press brake we can deliver

high repetition accuracy and first class bending results to our

customers.

SHOT BLASTING & PAINTING

Our modern fully automated shot blasting and painting lines can

handle plates and structural material up to 22m long, 1500mm

wide and 500mm high, the maximum weight capacity is 10 tonnes.

We offer a blast finish to SA2.5 in paint colours of red and grey.

DE-COILING

We offer a comprehensive range of light gauge de-coiling and

guillotining services. Our service centre, Organically Coated

Steels based in Kidderminster, offers carbon and coated steel

de-coiling, slitting and blanking in gauges 0.4mm > 3.0mm.

DRILLING

Our drilling lines are heavy duty, high speed, high

performance, fully automated and accurate. Offering drilled

and countersunk holes, adding value and reducing your first

stage manufacturing costs. Our drill line can process pieces

from 2.2m to 21m, hole sizes up to and including 70mm.

Utilising three drilling heads available on the machine we

are able to simultaneously drill on 3 faces of the processed

material.

SAWING

Capable of handling dimensional properties of between

10mm x 20mm up to 1300mm x 700mm our processing

equipment is perfectly geared to the comprehensive

and exacting requirements of today’s client base. This

equipment gives us the facility to handle lengths of up to

22m with a mitre cutting capacity of up to 60 degrees.
