Policy Around Data Changes
• Suppliers have the opportunity to dispute any Failing scores via a Dispute Form which can be downloaded from SpaceX.com/legal
• Note that all disputes must fall under one of the following Acceptable Reason Codes for the Category Score and every dispute must be submitted with Objective Evidence substantiating the dispute
• Suppliers have 30 days from each Scorecard receipt to dispute any new data, after 30 days the Supplier is in agreement that the SpaceX Supplier Scorecard is appropriately and accurately reflecting the Supplier’s Performance
