The supplier clickson «New Registration» from MM Genesis Portal, accepts the Contract and Privacy conditionsand enter mainCompany data(LOOK UP functionalityavailable to download Company Info from Cribis - for Suppliers that havea DUNS n°)

Upon clicking on «Save» a new formopens up whereGeneral data are required (NDA, CoC, turnover, coverage, relationship with MM, etc). At the end of thisprocess the supplier willindicate the categories of interest from the MM Category Tree

MM reviewsSupplier data and pre-qualifies and classifies theSupplier.According to the classificationcluster of the Supplier, additionalinfo may be sentthrough a form on the platform. Supplier receivesan e-mail informinghim of the requestto compile some further data.

The Supplier provides the additional data requested, and, wheneverapplicable, the Category SpecificQuestions (linkedto the previouslyselectedCategories)

02. Registration Process

Click on "NEW REGISTRATION"

SUPPLIER REGISTRATION

Complete captcha check – fill in the code in the below field and click on confirm

Accept the Privacy Policy and the Registration ConditionsClick on Next

SUPPLIER REGISTRATION

Click on «Cribis Look Up»

SUPPLIER REGISTRATION

Use the filter to find the company and Click on "Look Up"

Click on the row of your Company than click on "Download"

Click on «Update registration»

SUPPLIER REGISTRATION

Complete the registration form (missing Company information and User information), then click on "Save"Please note the following:- All suppliers belonging to NON-LATIN speaking countries shall enter their names both in

English (first field) and in their language/alphabet (second field)- Some Company information may not be downloaded from Cribis (e.g. vat number), so

you will need to fill them in manually- The username will be used, together with the pw that will be generated by the system

and sent to the specified e-mail address, to access the Platform

Start the completion of the forms. In order to move on in the questions click on “Save and continue”

Read the welcome message and click on "Continue"

Once completed all Questions, you will be required to select the category or categories of interest - navigating the tree - or inputting a keyword and searching Once flagged the correct categories click on “Confirm Current Selection"

After the categories selection a message confirming registration will appear

If you have been registered by someone at Magneti Marelli, you will need to log in with the username and password provided and complete the missinginformation within the registration and other forms. First you will need to select a new password

Then you should access yourOrganisation Profile in order to complete the requiredinformation

02. Category Specific Forms Completion

Upon first log-in to the Portal you will be requested to update your Classification (if necessary) and to compile the forms associated to the indicated categories

To start click on "COMPLETE SPECIFIC CATEGORIES FORMS" (green button)

Then click on the Red icon under the "Completion Status" Column - then on Edit to fill in questions. Forms are available only where there is a red icon.

Click on Edit and then fill in question(s)

Once finalized the completion of all forms, click on "Confirm categories" to finalize the activity. After clicking on “Confirm Categories” the message of the previous slide will no longer be despalyed

04. Additional Forms Completion

The Request to compile additional information is sent to to the Supplier via e-mail.Upon receipt of the e-mail, click on the link on the e-mail or log in to the system from the URL https://eprocurementdev.magnetimarelli.com

Click on the first form, click on edit, complete it than click on "Save and continue"

05. How to respond to an RFI

Access the Magneti Marelli procurement portal athttps://eprocurement.magnetimarelli.com and insert your Username and Password

You will be re-directed to the second Homepage, from which you can accessthe relevant link. In this case, we will respond to an RFI by clicking on RFIs

SOURCING

On the My RFIs page, you can search for an event according to a numberof different search parameters, such as the RFI Title, status or ClosingDate/Time.

Having selected the Filter type, insert the search criteria in the filter and click on «Search»

On the following page you will see a list of the RFIs for which you have beeninvited to provide a response. The initial Response Status will be «No ResponsePrepared»

Click on the RFI Title to access the event

Once inside the RFI, you can click on Settings to view information related to the content and closing date

You will be advised of the presence of Buyer Attachments. These are the documents that have been uploaded by the Buyer for you to access / complete as part of your response. To download the Attachments, click on the Buyer Attachments link

Within the Buyer Attachments area, you can download the documents one ata time by clicking on them, or alternatively select «Mass Download» to accessall documents and save them to a single location on your computer.

Having downloaded the documentation, click on «My Response» to go back to the previous page.

To begin preparing your response, click on the «Create Response» tab on the right hand side of the page. This will allow you to answer then questionswithin the questionnaire.

Make sure you carefully read any information pop-ups that the systemprovides as you complete and send your response to the Buyer

The «Edit Response» tab will allow you to insert responses or modify information you havealready inserted (provided the closing date has not yet passed)

Note the mandatory questions highlighted with a red asterisk. These must be complete in order for you to publish your response.

In Edit Mode you can respond to the questions, which may be:• Yes/No• Options list• Multi choice• Free Text• Numeric

You may also be asked to upload attachments to individual questions, which you can do by clicking on the link

If you wish to upload generic attachments to your response, you can do so by clickingon «Add/View Attachments»If the questionnaire is long, make sure you click on «Save and Continue» regularly in order to avoid losing your work. When complete, click «Save and Return»

The final step is to submit your response by clicking on «Submit Response».You can continue to make modifications if necessary up to the closing date and time.

A pop-up will advise you that your response has been successfully published.Note that the time and date of your response submission is visibile in the top lefthand corner

How to respond to an RFQ

Having logged in to the portal, access the RFQs area and select the event youwish to respond to

The method for completion of the RFQ is the same as for the RFI. You will however need to provide more detailed information than you did at the RFI stage, as well as pricing for the items in scope. You might also find your RFI response already completed within the RFQ.

As for the RFI, you will be able to view general information in the Settings area, download the Buyer Attachments and complete your response in the «My Response» tab

You will need to click on «EditResponse» for each single envelope in orderto insert yourresponse

In the Commercial Response section, you will be able to insert your pricing accordingto the quantity requested (which may or may not be available to you). You can alsoinsert comments against each parameter that you complete.

Remember to click «Save and Continue» to save your work if the questionnaire islong. Add any necessary documents in the «Add/View Attachments» section. Finally, click «Save and Return»

You can check whether or not you have completed all mandatory (and optional) responses in the «My Response Summary» at the top of the page. When you are happy with your response, click «Submit Response»

As with the RFI, you can make modifications to your published response at any point in time provided the closing date and time has not passed

The RFQ remains in the «Running» status until the closing date and time, and yourResponse Status will now be «Response Submitted To Buyer»

How to respond to a Quick Bid

You will be re-directed to the second Homepage, from which you can access the relevant link. Click on Procurement Dashboard to access the Catalog area

You will be re-directed to the Dashboard, where you can either select the relevant event from the Quick Bids Pending Response portlet, or you can accessthe Quick Bids section from the menu on the left hand side of the page

Within the Overview page, you can view the General Information relating to the bid, as well as the specific Item information.If the buyer has included additional Supplier Questions as well as the bid request, you will be able to view them and respond on this page

Click on «EditResponse» to being insertingyour bidinformation

Once you have inserted your response to the Supplier Questions and the Item information, you can review and modify if necessary the additional data relating to delivery and payment. Save your responseonce complete

If required, you can add Comments and Attachments to support your response.Finally, click on «Submit Response» to complete your bid

Note that the date of your bid will be recorded on the line «Response Last Submitted On:»
