1. Windows Task Manager>> Intuit Sync Manager >> End Task2. Open QuickBooks>> Help >> Update QuickBooks >> Update Now3. Check To Reset Updates >> Get Updates4. Go To The Location Of The Updates• OCD File Location :

• Windows 7 & Windows Vista :- C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Intuit\SyncManager\current

• Windows XPC:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Intuit\SyncManager\current

Reset Sync Manager:1. Click Help > Manage Data Sync > Reset, then click Ok.2. Login with your application’s user ID and password.3. Allow Sync Manager to complete the first sync.
