What is CREATE? Commercial Real Estate Alliance for Tomorrow’s

Employees (CREATE) is a collaboration of

BOMA San Francisco, BOMA Oakland/East Bay,

IREM San Francisco Bay Area and NAIOP San

Francisco Bay Area Chapter, whose focus

is to expand and strengthen the commercial real

estate workforce. The current and growing talent

drought threatens the long-term viability of

commercial real estate and its related industries.

Funds raised through this event will directly

support industry workforce training needs, with

programs at SF State and Merritt College to

develop a “job ready” workforce.
